Dr. Goddard was incredibly kind and efficient for my appointment. Very happy to have found a new eye doctor so easily

A co-worker recommended Goddard Family Eye Care 15 years ago. My wife and I have been patients ever since. Angela is great at finding us appointment times and explaining our coverage. Dr. Goddard provides very thorough eye exams. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and he offers helpful insight into keeping your eyes healthy. Angela and Dr. Goddard are two of the kindest people we know and they have always treated us like family. If you are looking for good eye care and friendly service, this is the place for you.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Goddard and Angela for almost 30 years and have been extremely happy. Our children are very comfortable with Dr. Goddard and he is always so kind, friendly and accommodating. Angela is always so sweet, is pleasant on the phone and in the office and is so helpful when scheduling appointments or with insurance questions. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!!

I had a great experience shopping for my glasses in Montgomeryville. Paul was very informative and I felt good about the investment I made in my eye care.

The store manager Paul was absolutely incredible! I came in with a plan and he was ready to help. He ordered the frames and I wanted and explained everything in detail to me about how my insurance worked. He is very friendly and made this experience very painless! Definitely will be recommending this store to others.

Got evaluated by the optometrist, waited 8 weeks (longer than I have ever had to wait for contacts) for lenses to come in, just for the prescription to be incorrect. Had to be reevaluated by the optometrist and wait another 8 weeks for new lenses. All while I told the doctor I needed these lenses for work. A normal process ended up taking four months to rectify. Additionally, the front desk staff was incredibly rude. Not sure the name, but she was an older woman who did not wear glasses. She muttered under her breath about how I waited last minute and how she was just reception and had no way of helping me. The former comment being irrelevant to why I was there. She continued to make comments under her breath about me the entire time I waited to be seen. She was condescending and demeaning when all I did was inform her why I was there. I have a lot of patience for retail workers, they put up with the nastiest of people. The fact that I wanted to write a review goes to show how unprofessional the staff was. The only positive is the retail worker, Paul, was helpful and honored the exchange I needed to make. Also the other receptionist (blonde, glasses) was very kind and helpful as well. I won’t be returning to this practice in the future.

Dr. Fracht is the finest ophthalmologist in the area. He is thorough, precise, knowledgable and an exceptional expert in his field. My family is thankful for the care we receive from him and his fantastic staff. His office is also really nice and easy to get to from many areas.

Dr. Fracht is extremely professional, kind, and skilled at his craft. I've had eye problems since I was 5 and have been seeing Fracht since I was 15. I'm now 22 and can say that he's the best eye doctor, or even doctor for that matter, that I've ever interacted with. He's extremely thorough and has all the tools necessary at his office to find out everything about your eyes.

Love this practice. All the staff are very pleasant and Dr Neal is fantastic. We started going there for our kids based on high recommendation from colleagues and very pleased. Care for all of us has been excellent and personal. Highly recommend!
