Going to Dr Neal's office is a pleasure. From the warm welcome greeting when checking in, the experience is wonderful throughout. The efficient staff take you through the process quickly and are very personable. Dr.Neal is very communicative, knowledgeable and has personality to match making it a great place to get your eye exam done. The office is also kept immaculate. If you are looking for a great eye doctor experience, I highly recommend Neal Eye Group.

Always a positive experience! Dr Neal is an awesome eye doctor. He really cares about his patient’s vision, and goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the highest quality treatment. The check in process is too long. One person for check-ins. I waited well over 1 hour. I would not recommend coming here.

I brought my dad here for cataract surgery and he was thrilled with how fast and how well it went. I saw for myself the staff were very friendly and took good care of him.

Dr. Fracht and his staff are very caring and always put their patients first. I would highly recommend seeing them if you are in the area and are in need of an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Ben was great! Very thorough, personable, knowledgeable, pleasant and put me at ease. Waited 10 years to go back to an eye doctor but after this visit I am not sure why. I now have an eye doctor for life. Ladies at the front were very welcoming and immediately treated you as if you've been going there for years! Thanks to Dr. Foreman and staff!

I wish I could leave 100 stars! I found this eye doctor by google and scheduling was a breeze. I have to say, Dr. Forman is amazing! He took his time, asked questions, explained what he was doing and even did more extensive tests. I never felt rushed and he even seemed excited when I asked him questions. I truly felt cared for and that I was in great hands.

Dr. Ben is awesome, fortunately I don’t wear glasses but had two issues with my eyes, they got me in right away and took care of everything. He’s the kind of doctor you enjoy seeing.

I take both of my daughters here for glasses (ages 1 & 3.) The staff here always takes their time with the girls and gives me the information necessary to make an informed decision. Highly recommend Plymouth Opticians!
