Before I started getting my glasses here I never wore glasses out of the house, only at home when my contact lenses were out. since going here I have found glasses that I love and receive compliments on. Just got my 3rd pair from them and they are a work of art. They are patient, helpful and truly experts in their craft. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Nissman put the wrong lens in my eye during a cataracts procedure and had to re-do the surgery, performed an office-based laser procedure after explicitly telling me he was not doing a laser procedure, but just "treating your eye with light." He did not tell me about an eye condition I have that has the potential to complicate cataract surgery until after a second surgery was done and then refused to explain the condition to me - claiming I wouldn't understand it. Like many others have reported, he rushed through exams, dismissed my concerns.

Best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Nissman is not only very thorough but then explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He's the only eye doctor I've seen who seems to actually understand what is going on with my vision issues. What a relief to finally have an eye doctor I feel confident in his recommendations & I trust.

Dr Nissman treats you like a person not a patient. He did my eye surgery and explained everything to me in advance. He is a true professional and his office staff is amazing. Ask for Betsy, she's the best.

I had surgery in November and have referred 2 people to Dr Shah in 4 months. I spent 5 years researching doctors in the tri state area. Cost was an issue for me, but I also had extremely poor vision and other complications. The office didn’t look fancy in comparison to other centers, but sitting in a fancy waiting room to pay $2,000 more for subpar surgery seems like a terrible priority; however if that’s you’re thing, you should go elsewhere. You won’t find a more thorough, more knowledgeable, better equipped, nicer surgeon than Dr Shah. (At least in De, Pa, or anywhere south of Trenton, NJ. Oh yes, I went everywhere.) He undersells on outcome, he is knowledgeable not only about what he offers, but he knows everything about every surgeon within 50miles. To top it off, the cost was extremely reasonable- less than almost every other Lasik center. I don’t write glowing reviews often, but I can’t say enough positive things about him.

I made multiple attempts to get my rx correct. The Dr. would say that the eyeglass folks were ordering it wrong--the eyeglass folks said I was mistaken. I attempted to get my glasses 3 times and then the target folks cancelled my order. It set me back 4-5 weeks before I moved on and got glasses at a reputable organization. I have worn glasses since I was 5 years old and I have NEVER had such a terrible experience. I filed a grievance with Target and that was left unresolved too. Absolutely deter folks from using your services.

Dr. Bailey didn't know me from Adam, and I'm a Medicare patient, yet he devoted himself, his time, and his staff to my demanding needs, as if I were a personal friend or even a family member. I left his care in awe - impressed and grateful. Cataract surgery takes 10-15 minutes. After my original Wills physician with a fancy Princeton address kept putting off my surgery until my retiring retina specialist whispered, "Mark, your doctor has waited too long. He's too conservative. You better get that cataract out, or you're going to suffer complications," I found Dr. Bailey. He confirmed I needed to get it out, and it would be difficult. My surgery took over an hour. Dr. Bailey backed up his entire day of surgeries that day and went home late to his family, all for a man he never met and could not bill for the extra time in which he could have done 4 or 5 other surgeries. Of course his results are miraculous. He spent an hour and a quarter on me; not his assistant or intern. Dr. Bailey tirelessly operated on my eye for an hour and a quarter. I see better out of that eye than my other. I'm particularly appreciative of Dr. Bailey's devotion, as I'm familiar with the business and politics of running a thriving medical or surgical practice, today. The emphasis is on volume. It is my purpose to highlight and thank Dr. Bailey and his entire staff for their devotion. I know I received special, expensive, and non-billable time. I shout his praises from the rooftop. He's earned it. He's a very special man. By the way, as an added extra, the optical shoppe they run is likewise devoted to patients. Their prices are discounted for their patients, and the personal devotion you receive almost equals that of Dr. Bailey.

Dr. Robert Bailey did my lens explants two months ago. I had heard excellent reviews on his ability to remove wrong lens implanted. He did not disappoint at all. He is a very kind, caring doctor who is very skilled at what he does. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially this caring doctor.
