Always friendly, professional service—from check-in, through the eyewear selection process, to pickup. My experience has always been positive. In today’s world, customer service can feel like a forgotten art, but this location has not forgotten it.

I arrived to nothing but smiling faces. Everyone was so nice. They take their time explaining things and are very helpful. No long wait they moved me right along. It’s a very nice office and they are clean. Before putting my face on a machine they made sure to completely wipe it down. I really appreciated that! You’ll love it here!

Everyone at this office is wonderful and looking out for your best. Dr Chris Garcia proactively asked if I would want to try "mono-vision" on my contacts so as to be able to avoid wearing reading glasses, and Ken Vargas, the GM, went above and beyond to help me zero in on the right lenses to accomplish that, and he's always happy to chat, too! Anne at the front desk was super-diligent in helping me to determine my Insurance coverage. Go to this My Eye Dr location, they listen to you, partner with you and help you to find what works best for YOU! Very satisfied! It's the first time I've had to use prescription glasses here. They explained everything very well, the prescription was perfect, and I even went on a Tuesday and told them I was going on vacation on Friday, and they called me on Thursday to say they were ready. Thank you! I recommend them 100%.

I have now visited Pascarella Eye Care twice, and in both instances I was treated by Dr. Jacqueline Burkhardt. In both cases, I received what I consider to be exemplary service. Dr. Burkhardt listened carefully to my concerns, provided thorough explanations when needed, and in general made me feel cared for. In my opinion Dr. Burkhardt is an incredible asset to the practice, and she is the reason I will continue to be a patron as well as recommend her care to others.

I had a wonderful experience here. I am someone who would do just about anything to avoid awkward situations & so I have never been a fan of going to the eye dr because no matter how polite they are, I have yet to encounter one that truly makes me feel comfortable & at ease - until I came here. Dr. Wardell Jr. not only has a easy going demeanor & is extremely nice, he is also very knowledgeable & professional. The woman who helped me pick out glasses was also wonderful!

My wife needed her glasses tighter. She is not able to get in and out of the car. They were so helpful i was able to take the glasses in and they fixed them. Plus Alex was a angel && came out to the car to make sure they fit right . So very helpful . Excellent customer service!!! Thank you have a great day !!!

The prescription they gave me gives me headaches. They also ordered the wrong contacts for me (they were double the price) and then were instant they were the ones I wanted... I've since found the ones I wanted on my own. Dr. Jenson is very nice, but between the office staff and him getting my prescription wrong I don't think I can ever go back there.
