Excellent customer service. The Optician who assisted my wife with selecting new frames, describing the different lenses types, benefits, costs and the fitting was very patient and personable.

I have been Target Optical first time. But I was very impressed. Eye doctor was very kind and give me a lots of advices. I am satisfied.

Excellent customer care at Target Conshohocken. Dominique was knowledgeable about frames and lenses and helped me make a final decision. She added a note to my order to speed it up for an upcoming trip and they arrived within a week. Good selection and efficient service! I’ll return for sure. (This is a real review- I usually have at least one criticism but there is none!)

From when I walked through the door everyone treated me with respect and kindness! The Doctor was great and very personable! It had been 15 years since I had an eye exam and things have really changed but everyone was there to help me! I can't wait to get my new glasses and very happy with the help I got there!

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They and my doctor took time to answer whatever questions I had and assist me with what I needed. I can’t recommend this vision works location enough.

My sister and I got LASIK done here two years ago. I achieved better than 20/20 vision post surgery. The recovery process was easy and we’re able to go snorkeling without glasses now. It’s really nice not having to wear contacts and/or glasses for the past two years. The receptionists here are amazing and Dr. Shah is a top expert in his field. Everyone, including all the techs and optometrists, are intelligent and quick on their feet. I really love this clinic and highly recommend to everyone. Today I am taking my other sister here for her LASIK as well as there’s no other LASIK clinic that I trust as much as Dr. Shah’s.

If I had known it was this quick and easy I would have done it years ago. I went in for a free consultation and had my procedure completed one week later! There was zero pressure at all- I was just so impressed that I booked the first available appointment. Every step was professional, stress free, and easy. Dr. Shah is outstanding, and all of the office staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m at writing this from the parking lot. I had my procedure yesterday, and just drove here for a followup today. The results? Confirmed 20/20 vision, and it will likely continue to improve over the next week or two! 🤯 I am 37 and have worn very strong glasses for my entire life, I never imagined this could be possible. I cannot recommend Lasik Experts more highly. Big thanks to Dr. Shah and all of the office staff- genuinely life changing!

I couldn’t be happier with my Lasik results. Dr. Shah and his associates were incredibly knowledgeable, caring and helpful throughout the whole process. The entire experience (pre/post surgery) was seamless and my vision was nearly perfect the same day as my procedure. Highly recommend to all!

All the reviews are expressing how lovely the staff was. I thought so too, Until after the exams. I thought I was going in for a basic eye exam. Essentially what my insurance covers.They led me through a series of eye tests saying it was my first time there and they needed to collect accurate info about my eyes. I said ok. At checkout I found out that I had to pay b/w $100-$200 for the exam. So they added on services that cost more than my annual allowance for exams. Nothing I could do but pay. I also had a contacts exam. They didn’t have my prescription on hand and told me they would order and contact me when my trial prescription arrived in a couple weeks. 1 month later I received no update. I had to call and inquire. They gave me the same answer. A couple weeks later I finally was able to try out my contacts. Sadly I could not see. Told them I couldn’t see. Their response was to wear it for a couple days and I’ll get used to it. (I’ve had contacts, and new prescriptions, and I know how it’s supposed to feel). No use arguing, I said ok and wore them for a week, no change Didn’t go back. So I decided to wait a year for my next exam. On the bright side, at least the lenses prescription was correct.

Staff was personable, professional, and warm. I am a new patient and the process was so quick and easy.
