I was impressed by the polite staff and excellent doctor. I was unhappy with the long wait for service. The staff needs much more help. The poor receptionist was answering phones non stop and helping the customers in between as best she could but she needed an extra hand. She never lost her cool! You are fortunate to have good staff. Take care of them and hire additional help!

Always the best experience, the staff is so friendly and competent and are very helpful! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Optical Shop. Terrific service!!

Dr Chang is very nice to kids. Take her time explaining options and what can happen in the future . Great communication relate well.

This place wait times are horrible!! If you have an appointment. You still will spend a few hours there guaranteed. Before doctors even come. After spending about an Hour in a room. I had to come out and find a staff member. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.What a joke.

Staff is highly professional, approachable and makes you feel at ease. Dr Wolanin was knowledgeable & will continue to be whom I would choose to for my eye health for years to come. The office is conveniently located, with high tech equipment for optimum eye health.

Achord Eye Clinic's entire staff has been so welcoming and pleasant from the first day of making my appointment a year ago. Dr. Kennedy Achord has been so thorough with my eye exams knowing that I have glaucoma and have had strabismus surgeries in the past. She's been the most thorough Dr. that I have ever been to with the state of the art testing equipment. This along with her staff makes my visits well worth the time and effort for me to drive to BR. Her office is easy to get in and out of with the location. I've never had to wait in the waiting room. Your visits may take some time bc they are so thorough but you will appreciate it if you are like me. I love Achord Eye Clinic 🥰

I can finally see ! It’s been 3years now . Only bad side effect is at night when my eyes get a bit blurry . But no glasses !

Good service and super fast. Reasonably priced and everyone is professional and competent . It still amazes me that you can get a decent pair of glasses in less than an hour! Excellent eye exam also.

Emergency appointment for my eyes, from the minute I walked in everyone was professional, from front desk to those who gave eye tests to gather information for me to see Dr Hull, who explained what the emergency with my eyes was and what needed to be done. Which was Lazer surgery right away for a hole in my right eye that could lead to retina separation and some loss of sight. On the same day within an hour I was sent home with the hole repaired to be seen in 3 weeks for check up and with a phone number to Dr Hull for overnight emergency needs.

Nice optometrist and receptionist. They take care of your needs. Nice and clean.
