Okay here's a picture to justify why I'm not satisfied with my glasses and they act like it was no big deal that was nothing they can do

This was by far the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Shafer is incredibly kind and excellent at his job. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was pleasant to talk with, and went above and beyond the basic eye exam to check my eye muscle strength. If he hadn't, I wouldn't have known I was straining my eyes while reading, and could have created more damage in the long run. If it was possible, I wish he could be my primary care physician! Will definitely be returning here for all future eye exams, and couldn't recommend it more.

This was the most unprofessional office I have witnessed.

I called to set an appointment for my daughter so we could order her contacts. I told them my insurance carrier and all that. I then ask how much the appointment would cost, the lady stated only your copay. Which should have been $15. The day of the appointment, as we wait for the doctor to give us the contact RX, and she comes back and states oh they are the same as last time. I go to the front to see about ordering her contacts and the lady says oh you owe $60 for the appointment. I then told them that I was told I would only have to pay my co-pay, and then she stated that the doctor was independent, and that I would have to pay out of pocket. They should have been up front about that from the beginning. I could have went somewhere else, I definitely will be going elsewhere from now on.

Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people. I called to see if my child’s glasses were ready for pick up (over 3 weeks later) and they originally put me on hold for 1 hour and 6 minutes then hung up. I called 3 more times and was place on hold immediately. For 10 or more minutes. After the 4 call they immediately hung up on me. Then I called from my husband phone where they answered to say they were busy and hung up again. I called back multiple times after that and they kept answering and hanging up. Honestly this is just ridiculous. I’ll never EVER spend money with them again.

Such a nice visit! They were able to take me same-day without insurance, and the staff was wonderful! The doctor was very informative and relaxed, and the exam was quick and easy. A wonderful ray of sunshine named Brooke helped me after my exam with ordering my prescription, and it honestly was the highlight of my morning. 12/10 recommend!

My 3 year old son had an eye doctor appointment there today and it will absolutely be our last. I always overlooked the fact that our visits there usually took a long time and we were always kept waiting because he’s seen this particular doctor his entire life, my son was born at 23 weeks along with his twin brother and has chronic lung disease, yet we get there and he’s now REQUIRED to wear a mask because he’s over 2 and they absolutely refuse to see him unless he puts one on, Not taking in mind his lung issues at all and the fact that he is actually unable to wear them for actual health purposes. I will not return and I will no longer refer anyone to this practice.

I highly recommend this office and the doctors. They are very thorough and do a wonderful job, especially with children. Took my son to a previous eye doctor and he was short with us and said nothing wrong. Took my son here and he was diagnosed with eye allergies and with treatment his eyes are better and he is pain free now.

I admit that the "virtual exam" sounded a little sketchy, but honestly I now prefer that over a standard exam. It was super quick, efficient, and I still got to talk to an Optometrist. The tech that was helping me, Nicole, was absolutely awesome. She did all of the test that the Optometrist would need, moved the little machines around for the Doc, and did all of the technical work. At the end of the day, all the Doc really needs to do is read the results of the test and issue a prescription anyway. No reason they can't do that virtually. It also helps I spent three years replacing in person meetings with virtual meetings anyhow. So, seeing the doctor on a screen and not in person really wasn't a big deal.

I love how smooth & easy the new virtual exam is. Everyone was so nice and it didn’t take much of my time !!! Plus their selection for glasses is great !!

Friendly staff, who are always very helpful. I've seen both Dr Anderson's and I like them both very much.
