I’m currently recovering from a very painful case of strep throat so I went as a walk in. They were quite busy but fit me in anyway. Everyone was kind and Dr Klein was extremely compassionate and caring, making sure all my questions were answered. They got my results back right away and had my prescription called in quickly. I’m already feeling significantly better so I’m very thankful for the way this facility took care of me!

They were very prompt they were very fast when I didn't have an appointment everyone was very sweet and nice the doctor was very very thorough I would highly recommend this place to anyone trust me if I get sick I'm going right back there I'm just giving you good advice

Went yesterday and saw Briana (front desk), Elsa (nurse), and Paula (NP). They were all super friendly, helpful and very prompt in their service. I was in and out very quickly, I left feeling heard and satisfied with my treatment :)

I read all the reviews, but decided I was going to make a appointment anyway. I am glad I did. Everyone was nice, they had a great selection of frames, and I got my glasses in less than a week.

I was just in a vision center and there were three employees in there and I was in there for about 10 minutes looking at glasses and not one of them offered to assist me at all. I know you should probably ask them if you need something but at least acknowledge customers when they walk in to look around. I was the only one in there. Instead, they decided to talk about personal stuff, so Walmart you’re paying these people to sit around and act like they’re in a lounge.

I have been back 3 times and my glasses aren't right still. They never return my calls. They are still holding one pair that I paid for and won't give them to me. I paid over500$. Been over 6 months and still can't use the glasses. Stay away.

I went for an exam and new glasses. It's been about 6 years or so since my last exam. Dr. Sanders was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was overall very kind. Office staff were very sweet and look forward to continuously working with them.

Not sure how this wonderful vision care facility got such a poor rating but I have had nothing but wonderful service and care. Haley even straightened out a Insurance card problem for me. Love my new frames and lenses. Rick

The doctor is great but they need to get rid of Jennifer. She is rude. I’ve called to find out the status of my glasses and she made me feel like I’m a bother calling and very rude. A very bad experience

The Walmart vision and glasses center is great place providing great customer care and service! In November 2020 I received my first pair of glasses ever!! Besides the fact that I always wanted my eye vision to be perfect, excellent or whatever they were, everything was incredible they made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation! I am not a prescription glasses person at all!!! The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and informative! He prescribed me glasses that are important that I use for reading and see my smartphone clearer, it's like HD!! I went the cheap route because I was hoping I didn't really need them. I wish I would have exchanged within the 2-month period but no worries I will come back soon and upgrade my glasses. I think they will have to recut the lens but I'm all right with that so I can feel more comfortable wearing them. I'll have these things for a long time. Maybe?
