My appointment was on time. I had a very good pre exam with his assistant, and she also put in for a refill on my eye medication for the doctor to approve. Dr Grosso is very thorough and talked me through each part of my exam while looking for eye pressures, eye diseases which none were found, and helpful tips for dry eye. Also, he checked my cataract lenses which is the surgery he performed. I am very pleased with the excellent attention he gives to my eyesight.

My upcoming cataract surgery was explained in a way I was really comfortable with. Dr. Grosso and the entire staff put me at ease. My phone calls were always returned with quick response.

Always a pleasant experience from my one on one with Dr Kanoff and his staff. Very personable and very sensitive to any concerns about my eye health if I needed a discussion. I keep showing up for the only reason I know and that is a great office great surgeons and a high respect from me. Thank you Dr Kanoff and Staff. CH

Unfortunally I had a very poor experience during my first time visit to see Dr. Kanoff for a routine eye exam. I waited over an hour to see Dr. Kanoff without any updates or explanations given to me until I asked. I understand emergencies happen so this is not why my review is so low. The office staff were unprofessional (talking about other patients out loud for others to hear) and their systems chaotic (they had the wrong patient file, didn't know why I was there, etc.). Dr. Kanoff did not introduce himself to me as a first time patient and showed no effort in understanding my medical needs. When I was finally seen, as a first time patient, I was not asked my medical history, medications taken, nor given the type of eye exam I am use to. I found the quality of care extremely low. I have medical issues that put me at high risk of retina disease and when I brought this up they were not concerned, nor understood. It was a very poor quality exam and visit.

I had an eye condition that needed to be addressed asap and I was able to see Dr. Karloff the following day, even though I was a new patient to the practice. He was very thorough examining my eye. He was very kind and patient.

I’ve been going to HVVS for three years now, and have nothing but excellent service. Everyone has been both welcoming and professional, and when something came up on an exam they weren’t sure about, they sent me right away to a specialist (rather than trying to figure it out themselves). For me, that’s a plus, because it demonstrates that they care more about the clients’ health than in trying to keep everything in house. From the receptionists, to the medical assistants, to the gals who helped me pick out frames, to the doctors themselves, I am very happy with Happy Valley Vision Source.

This is an amazing Vision Clinic!! Dr Nguyen was so nice and very thorough, very patient, and never felt rushed!! The eyeglasses department also excellent and great to work with in picking out frames. ALL the office staff were SO nice and pleasant to work with. I look forward to my next visit in a year!

Absolutely amazing, Wing eye Care wouldn't help me, and tried to send me all the way to Dayton even though I told them I didn't have a way there. I want to give a BIG shout out to Dr. Lindsay Florkey! When I had an eye emergency and left an after-hours message on CHRISTMAS DAY, she returned my call immediately. She met me at her office, diagnosed the rather weird and scary reason why I had a haze over my right eye, and electronically sent a prescription for steroid eye drops to begin the next day. Even though her office was closed, she met me for a follow-up appointment on Tuesday morning; the issue was nearly resolved, and I am so grateful that I can see! THANK YOU, Dr. Florkey! You're the best!

I cannot express how wonderful the Eye Doctor & her team were for my first visit there. So very kind & sincerely friendly. I had the full Diabetic work out & they did an excellent job. I will make Greene County Eye Care my permanent place. Thank you all.
