It's been 3 weeks and my daughter still has not received her contacts that we paid for. They haven't called to even let us know if there is a delay. We asked if they could ship it to us, they said yes for a $10 fee. Eyeglass World doesn't charge to ship to home. We came back to this place because they did a great job last time but their service has gone down hill and have very little selection for frames. They also up charged us $85 AFTER insurance because my daughter has a slight astigmatism. They said that's how my insurance worked. I took my son, who also has astigmatism, to another optometrist and they didn't charge me the extra fee, only my $10 copay. Imagine that! I'm never going back to this place again. Still waiting on my daughters contacts.

DONT RECOMMEND!!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional. They call you a few minutes before your "scheduled appointment" to cancel because "they have no authorization from the insurance " and they have no idea when they will get authorized so they said they won't won't see you otherwise. I paid a uber to get here and now this? What kind of Lazy facility is this? I don't recommend coming here the receptionists are not doing there jobs correctly or professionally!

For several years my family and I have been patients of Dr Roe and have been very pleased with the care he has provided. He takes whatever time necessary to understand my condition and thoroughly answer any questions I have about my eyesight. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lander and her staff are courteous, friendly and quick. Her office space is comfortable and she has high tech equipment that makes the exam faster and more thorough. I’ve had glasses for 30 years and have never been more satisfied! Great selection of frames in the shop too!

I would not recommend this place at all. They have Terrible customer service, selection of frames is minimal at best and they don't bill insurance so you must pay out of pocket. I paid $800 out of pocket of for an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses that I was not happy with. I took them back 2 separate times and each time I was charged even more money as they wouldn't honor the buy one get one half off price 34 days after I picked up my glasses. Trust me your better off shopping on line on your own they are no help at all and just want your money! This place is crooked dgo elsewhere.

First time prescription glasses for me and felt so lucky to have gone here. Caroline was is an absolute treasure! She was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with feedback about fit to flatter my face while keeping in mind my personal tastes throughout. She honestly made the whole daunting experience truly fun as well! Her manger Carlo was just as welcoming, courteous and professional. Selection was great as well. Highly recommend going here!

The Staff was very professional and polite. They helped to pick out my glasses and were very patient with me during that process. The Doctor went over all my test results in detail. The selection was wonderful, I do wish they had a selection of glasses for the lower income families, although they do not require you to buy anything other then the exam (if not covered) Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely continue doing my yearly eye exams here.

Dr Hiss is an excellent professional who has helped me with my eye care needs since 2000 when he performed laser surgery on my eyes which enabled me to have my successful career as a captain in business aviation since that time. Thank you Dr. Hiss for your above and beyond care of my eye health. You and your office personnel are the best!

Dr Doyle is very nice and knowledgeable and the staff is awesome.

After a very disappointing experience at Stanton Optical, I felt it was important to share how incredible Dr. Morales and his team truly are. I initially went to Stanton Optical for a consultation and was prescribed contact lenses that were clearly not properly fitted for my eyes. Within a short time, my eyes became extremely dry, irritated, and visibly red. It was uncomfortable and honestly concerning. I called Dr. Morales’ office, and his staff got me in the same day without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the difference in care and professionalism was obvious. His team was kind, attentive, and made me feel taken seriously right away. Dr. Morales thoroughly examined my eyes, explained exactly what went wrong with the previous prescription, and immediately corrected it. He switched me into a better-fitting contact lens brand, prescribed the proper eye drops, and set me up with a follow-up appointment to make sure everything continues improving. The relief I felt after just one visit says everything. Thank you Dr!! 🫶🏼 This experience showed me the difference between rushed, careless service and a doctor who truly prioritizes patient care. Dr. Morales and his staff went above and beyond, and I’m beyond grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for real, quality eye care.
