Staff is great, large selection of frames. A business you always want to go back to.

I would highly recommend Bethlehem Eye Associates. The staff & the doctors are so pleasant. They will answer any questions you have. I felt like they really care about their patients.

Dr. Alterman answered all my concerns and questions. He is very easy to talk with. Everyone at Bethlehem Eye was friendly and courteous.

Dr Alterman is a very caring and dedicated eye surgeon. He listens to your concerns and patiently explains his views and the options available to assist you in making an educated decision on what’s best for you. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring cataract surgery or other eye related issues.

Thought I had found a great MD bases on recommendations,. How wrong I was. The prescriptions I got were so off that the glasses I ordered ended up as trash. I have contacted the office repeatedly, asking to come in for another exam, preferably with someone other than the person who did the first exam. I was even will to pay for the visit if needed. Yet, their lack of response is unacceptable., So I'm wearing two year old prescriptions and can not longer comfortably read and driving is risky. No accountability and lack or response to repeated contacts is very far from professional. Now I wonder if they will be professional enough to pass my medical records to another MD.

Dr Cheng was great with my seven year old daughter. Personable, kind and patient. The practice that she is at however which is Bethlehem Eye Associates, they get a 0. I would never ever recommend going to them. They were so bad I ended up calling to cancel the glasses I had ordered, the next morning, I couldn’t bear the thought of returning. It took 2.5 hours for one single eye appointment.

Dr Cheng was quite friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. My appointment time was exactly the time I was taken in for it. Highly recommend her.

I waited only a little bit and my entire appointment took only 30 minutes. This ended up being a follow up from another appointment. In 5 months my vision had become worse. I was so upset about the change, not knowing what was going on. I have other complications with my vision and Dr. Cheng proved to be extremely kind and capable. I highly recommend Dr. Cheng and BEA. When buying eyeglasses I will buy them from BEA and no where else!

Dr Grosso always takes the time to listen to all of my worries and concerns..And after a very complete and thorough exam he will answer all questions to relieve my concerns and explain everything. His office is very clean and I was seen in a very timely manner. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Grosso.
