First off, this rating has no reflection on the nursing staff. They were all very nice. They had me prep for surgery by changing into a gown in a bathroom! Not very sterile! The O.R. wasn't ready for the scheduled time, so my surgery was delayed. My husband was very worried because it was taking so long and the staff never informed him of the delay. When he asked why it was taking so long, they weren't able to give him any information . That would've put his mind at ease.

The surgery was very successful, the nursing staff was friendly and professional. The registration staff, however, was cold, curt, and insulting. The wait times for the procedures were also too long. I'm glad I don't have to go back any time soon.

My 10 month old needed tubes in his ears and this center refused his surgery because I couldn't pay my remaining deductible up front! Luckily, the doctor works out of other facilities but this was terrible business in my opinion. And I'm pretty sure its illegal to turn someone away, even though they have insurance, because they can't pay the remaining deductible the day of the surgery.

Dr. Bookbinder is an incredibly kind and intelligent doctor. The office staff is wonderful and the team really takes the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. 10/10 (Trust me, I was so nervous for my first adult eye exam. I was in good hands here.)

The best experience I’ve had for an eye exam. Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative. The dr explained everything he was doing and everything he saw. I left feeling relieved and excited for my glasses.

Very professional, and hardworking team. Everyone here from the doctor himself to all his staff will treat you with a smile. You get personalized service and attention as opposed to many other eye clinics. No long waiting line and all the equipments are up to date. Excellent place to be for an eye check/exam.

The office did not do a full exam on the first day so that I could get contacts. Because they did the exam and gave a diagnosis no other office will do a contact fitting with out me paying for a exam at their place of business. I had a family emergency today an needed to move this appointment and their next available is MARCH a THIRD of a YEAR away. Not to mention I waited 2.5 months for this appointment.

Not a fan of any eye doctor who treats any of their patients with contempt (Dr Cherfas). I haven't been there in about 2 years; I will not be returning. Every time I went there I felt insulted not only by Dr. Cherfas, but also the receptionist. Very unfriendly. Again, I will not be back.

Only concerned about money and have completely abandoned the Hippocratic Oath, allowing patients to suffer and potentially go blind because the dollar is more important to them. Absolutely disgusting that they refuse to help patients with … More

Great selection of Eyewear set in a very unusual shop. The store is full of antiques and local memorabilia such as Bethlehem Steel and Bethlehem artifacts.

This place is the best. Their eye exams are quick and professional, they submitted ALL of my annoying insurance claim paperwork with me, and if my glasses ever need an adjustment, I can walk right in and Chris Remmel himself will take care of them on the spot and so happy to do it, too. I've never met a friendlier staff and the old-school Bethlehem ambiance that they've decorated the shop with is just the cherry on top. I recommend this place to anyone who asks!
