They are the best all around would never go anywhere else The newest frames and knowledge. Fast and convenient

Customer for many years it was always difficult to get in touch but I let it go until I broke my glasses and when I reached out in August they said they could not fit me in until October. I broke them and needed new glasses I didn’t expect to get in next day but I thought they would at least care enough to try and squeeze me I. At some time. They don’t care about their patients at all. Finally getting someone better shame on me for staying with subpar care. You will regret going to them. Very limited hours.

Best practice I have been to! Friendly, professional, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Dr Pelosi is thorough and takes her time and you are never rushed. Love this practice!

I have been going here for a number of years and I can honestly say that it’s top notch. Kathy always helps me choose the best looking glasses. I met the new optometrist today, that I can say is very nice. She is a great addition to the business.

Even though the aesthetic of the clinic migth not be as modern as one may expect, Dr. was really kind with my kids. She explained all the things to me and my kids. We will definetily go back. The assistant may not look so friendly at first sigth -but she is, and helped my girls in a profesional manner and with lots of patience; she was really kind over the phone as well.

A great experience with nice people. The optometrist, Mary Eck, made me feel confident that my vision was receiving the care and concern I feel it deserves. Kathy was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing out my new glasses without the high-pressure salesmanship of the big chain stores. I will definitely return.

Such good people here. Give you the option for special exams and explain what is covered under your insurance. Work with you if you need lower budget eyeglasses.

Wonderful doctor! Great service! Roger makes sure your fit is perfect and if you have any problems, he is glad to help! In the 40+ years I have worn glasses this is the best shop! I DON'T want to go anywhere else!!!

I'm quite sad that this has bad reviews! Not once have I had an issue or at least an issue that couldn't be solved right away. I highly recommend going here for frames, lenses (especially highly advanced custom lenses), contacts, and vision testing. Staff are very patient, informative, and put your needs first! Best time to go is probably weekday late mornings /early afternoons.
