I went into Visionworks after my doctor's appointment a little after 2pm. The lady said they had stopped taking walk-ins at I believe she said 2pm, but since they weren't busy it was fine since I didn't have an appointment. The employees were professional and they got me through the eye exam, to see the doctor and selecting my frames in less than an hour. Plus my glasses were ready for pick up at 10am the following day. So I got in, got the eye exam, saw the doctor and glasses were ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. I will continue with their services from now on. Thank You Visionworks. Kim and Michael were some of the most helpful people we have ever experienced at the Concord Mills LensCrafters. Michael stepped in to help my wife pick her sunglass frames while I was getting fitted for my glasses. Brave man. Kim shared her insights on how the prorgressive lens with sunglasses might fit better if primarily used for driving. I have to say WOW and KUDOS to both Kim and Michael, who knew getting glasses could be enjoyable.

Such a great eye doctor, especially with kids! Dr. Sappington helped my 5 year old daughter to relax for her first optometrist appointment and enjoy the eye exam. Dr. Sappington is very friendly and so is the front desk receptionist. It was a quick and easy visit!

Walked into Kennedy and Perkins in Guilford to pick out frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses. I was helped immediately and could not have been happier with the selection and the service and the assistance and the advice I received. It was a delightful experience and I left feeling so happy I walked in. Cannot wait to get my new glasses. I cannot recommend more highly and will definitely go back for all my glasses needs in the future.

I have never been there. I do not recommend it. A friend bought a pair of gold plated frames. They were not adjusted and turned GREEN a few months later!

I came to read some reviews here and on Dr. So’s page after my experience to see if anyone had similar complaints, and I found that I wasn’t the only one. Dr. So was rude and rushed throughout the appointment. On top of that, he was wearing a mask and speaking extremely fast, to the point that I could barely understand him.

I went in a week or so back, the doctor was altogether very professional and personable. I had no problem with the doctors, on the other hand the women at the front counter seemed very pushy and rude. I got my prescription after an hour of them trying to sell me. I told them I would think about my option and come back if needed. I then went ahead and found a better deal on 1-800-contacts for my lenses. The lense the doctor had given me to try I did not like all too well so I had decided to call them back and let them know 1-800-contacts would call to clear up the misinformation from my prescription so I told them I would like them to say I would be fine going with my last brand. When I called to let them know.. they could not find me in their "system." As If I had not been there before, when they finally were able to pull me up the woman seemed aggressive and unkind towards me on the phone. Let's just say I will not be going through them again, they're in need of more friendly and polite employees.

This location on Rosedale was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and personable from the welcoming assistant who greeted us and did pre exam to the doctor. They made my daughter feel comfortable and were so knowledgeable.
