I took my son there who is 17 for an eye exam. I was immediately put off when I saw that the eye exam was done in the front area where the so called waiting room is and where you choose your frames. No privacy at all. But here is the real kicker. My son who is 17, I was told had gloucoma!! The doctor said for me to take him back in a month to be checked again and to get eye drops. Well I took him to another eye doctor for a second opinion and I’m glad I did because my son does NOT have gloucoma. He is good until next year when he will be due for his yearly eye checkup.

My experience at the Easton Pearle Vision has been great. Prescription is excellent, and their customer service is great! Special kudos to Steven for providing the best customer service I’ve had all year. Thanks so much again!

One thing i will never do is patronize an establishment that is disrespectful, rude, ignorant and TALKS DOWN to their customers. I would encourage others to not use this location as this is exactly what you will get. I canceled my appointment so QUICK. Based off of the two interactions i had 1 was a female, the 2 was a clown male And that was the straw . He was the worse one and the most IDIOTIC! You better be careful with how you talk to people because everyone meets their match. * Eyeland optical on south 25th st is awesome. Friendly, professional, Great service, no issues

Had a great experience Steven the manager was fantastic he called me the day before to confirm my appointment and when I came in he helped me picked out two frames. The doctor was so nice and funny.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr and receptionist that checks you in is rude, not to mention he gave way to high of a prescription for my 9 year old, even higher than what I have. I took him else wear and was told that it’s to strong for someone his age, and that his eye sight didn’t change, it is still the same. Never again.

Amy provided amazing service and very friendly. She went ovwr and above.

I stopped in with broken frames and Amy got me out of there in less than ten minutes. She hooked me up with a protection plan so it only cost me $20.00. I will never go without the protection plan again. Super friendly and super helpful. You're lucky to have her taking care of your customers.

I loved the doctor I saw. She was so sweet an knowledgeable. On the other hand, when I went to pick up my glasses at around 6ishpm. (I was in a serious car accident. I lost some of my front teeth as a result. Not even 30.) The Spanish woman who measured my glasses. She felt the need to say it, and pointed out to all her rest of her coworkers as they were behind the front desk. It was super quiet. I heard everything and she’s lucky. I didn’t say anything. I really regret not, because that is so disrespectful. I don’t know why you thought that that was a good idea. It was beyond rude you horrible human being. That was so unprofessional I’ll never go back to this spot ever again.

Tiana made me feel comfortable while picking out glasses. I am very indecisive and have a hard time picking the best shape. Happy to have someone who Had great insight and heard my needs about shape and color. Great customer service, super friendly and she also had great glasses which made me feel comfortable with my glasses 🤓

1st time appointment after not getting eyes checked in a while. Pleased by the very prompt and friendly and professional service. Gentleman who assisted me with my frames was kind and patient, he took his time to explain details and helped me pick out the perfect pair! Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gail Pelosi’s for about 25 years. Her and Dean are professional, courteous, and highly skilled. She has taken wonderful care of my eyes, and I am always fitted with a beautiful pair of eye glasses. Her prices are reasonable. The selection of frames is amazing and includes classic styles, higher end designer brands, and some unique and very ‘cool’ designs. The glasses are completed in a timely manner, and Dean is more than helpful during the process of choosing, fitting, and (if needed because I am clumsy), fixing your glasses. Lastly, I had a potentially more serious issue with my eyes over the past year so I called Gail and Dean. They called me back immediately and gave me instructions on what I should do. I cannot say enough good things about this group. I highly recommend them!!
