Staff was very polite & helpful during my visit & very professional. The doctor was very great & explained my issue with my eyes & staff helped me find the perfect frames. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs glasses or contacts & didn’t have to wait long for them to finish getting my lenses put into my new frames. Very satisfied & will do business with them again in the future.

Service was accurate and quick. Staff is extremely efficient and so so friendly, they made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. Contagious energy and vibrant. Straight out of a customer service book lesson. I am so impressed. In and out with new prescription and new frames in less than an hour. Thank you so very much!

I really liked the energy of the women that work here to help you, but the eye doctor was a bit strange like he was trying to hard to be nice... I'm not sure why, and I hate to assume but it felt all too familiar, like a white man that doesn't like your skin tone or something hope I'm wrong but I'm just being honest. Overall I liked the experience because of the nice women there.👍🏾

Came in to buy a pair of eyeglasses for my child and the prices were outrageous. The prescription ended up being different than the one from the ophthalmologist. Don't get your prescription here. And spend money elsewhere

Fast services. Very helpful staff and dr was amazing with my ten year old son that has sensory. As well nice and well educated on our eyes and further guidance on how to maintain our treatment. Great services! We have been going here now about three years no complaints!

Great place!! The eye doctor is great and his team is great as well!! My family of 3 had appointments all together and they were patient, kind, and very helpful!! Highly recommend them!! Thought about going to the mentor location but not sure if we would be treated the same so I think we will stay with the Willoughby office. ☺️☺️
