Excellent staff and doctors!

twice I tried to schedule an appointment with the specialist and I couldn't. the first time the attendant said she was busy and said she would call back and she didn't. after a week i called again and book the exam for the following month, after waiting for almost a month they contacted me saying that my exam was cancelled. Totally dissatisfied, they don't pay any attention to the customer.

Staff was very friendly and competent. The facility was very nice and clean. Dr. Amstutz did a great job on my eyelid surgery. Just wish I didn't have to drive 2 hrs both ways.

Shout out to Jade, the optician who helped me find the most fun pair of frames! They were patient and went the extra mile and even met with me at two locations to find my the frames. I appreciated their knowledge, positivity and professionalism. I’m really happy with the new frames and the type of progressives to use in my office that Jade recommended. Thanks to Jade, Katie and the whole team today who were so upbeat!

I think this is the best optical care I’ve ever received. Barry and KJ were extremely helpful getting me into a pair of frames and lenses that would work well for me. After a couple of months, I was still having a hard time adjusting to the progressive lenses that I had originally purchased. I saw that they had a hassle free exchange policy, so I figured I would go in and see if we could swap out the lenses.Sure enough, there was no hassle whatsoever. It was super easy, and I think I even got $120 back. I will continue coming back here for all of my family’s optical needs.

I was a walk in, out of network, to buy contacts as an emergency when I ran out. Everyone was kind, professional, and quick. Diana was especially helpful in making sure I got my contacts with minimal hassle. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient at this eye clinic for five years, coming in every two years in line with my insurance coverage. I’ve been nearsighted since childhood, and each visit has shown a steady progression in my vision changes. I’ve also shared my limited family history, which includes a biological brother in Africa who is blind, so I take my eye health seriously. About six months ago, I had an appointment with Dr. Franklin after noticing a significant decline in my vision. When my test results appeared normal, he accused me of being dishonest about my symptoms. That accusation was not only unprofessional, it was deeply upsetting. Coming from an adoptive family of medical doctors, I understand the importance of honesty in healthcare and would never fabricate concerns. That visit destroyed my trust in him, and I decided I would not return. However, my neighbors spoke highly of Dr. Verdi, so I gave the clinic a second chance. I’m glad I did. At my most recent appointment, Dr. Verdi found that I have 20/20 vision with glasses. His professionalism, thoroughness, and respectful manner were outstanding. I’ve never had any issues with the staff here either, especially Cassandra, who handles glasses — she’s always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. While I won’t be returning to Dr. Franklin, I do recommend Dr. Verdi and the staff. My advice to future patients: choose your provider here carefully, and you can have a great experience.

We LOVE DR. ALI and her staff! They are so friendly, patient (when selecting the right pair of glasses), professional. They are good with making recommendations on glasses that suits your face shape. We have been patients of Dr. Ali for over 6 years. We are always happy with her recommendations. We appreciate how professional, kind, friendly, considerate, and patient she is. She is really good with kids, too. She also specializes on patients with glaucoma (cases). We always look forward to coming to our annual check-ups. Thanks!
