Excellent eye care and staff. I complained for years about my blurry vision even with new glasses/contacts. Dr. Mehta finally got it right and found my astigmatism

Dr. Zielinski is a great doctor! My son has been her patient for 3 years and after every appointment I always feel like we made the right choice for a pediatric ophthalmologist. She speaks to him in a way he understands and always answers our questions. She never seems rushed and is very thorough in her care.

I have never been to a medical office where the experience is as pleasant as it is here. The staff takes you back at your appointment time or earlier (!), all the employees are friendly and competent, and you have a sense that the medical team really cares about you and is genuinely interested in your problem. I have already recommended the Ophthalmology group to a co-worker.

I give 5 stars to Dr. Zielinski and the excellent care our daughter receives and for their staff who are always friendly & courteous but ZERO stars for the "Patient Portal" - it is absolutely TERRIBLE! I have been unable to send an e-mail message to Dr. Zielinski ever since it was changed a few years ago ! I have informed them multiple times about their problematic website and they have told me "you are not the only person to complain about the Patient Portal". So far nothing has been solved. I was there yesterday and was told to call them if I was still unable to send a message. When I was still unable to send an e-mail, I called them. The operator put me on 'hold' for over 10 minutes and I finally hung up. After 2 years of a problem, one would think UOA would hire a better company to manage their website.

I am assuming that this questionnaire is for my visit with Pearle vision. Above it does not say that but since that’s why I went today. I’m assuming this to be true. My visit today was very pleasant. Everyone was very helpful. All my questions were answered. Both the doctor and everyone else I came in contact with Was very friendly. I have a disability and was pleasantly surprised that someone actually came to the door to hold it open for me and my husband as we entered. I believe it’s the little things that count the most. Thank you.

All individuals were fantastic when I walk in the business to the Dr Cianciolo. Great care and help picking out new lenses and frames and description recommendations for new ones. I keep returning d/t excellent Service.

The Dr & team were excellent & very helpful and not to mention friendly! I loved how the one staff member helped me find the perfect frame for my face. There were so many nice frames that it was difficult to choose one pair.

Dr Bellini is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. She provides excellent care and allows time for all problems or questions. Having been a patient for more than 5 years, I feel confident recommending her, no matter how simple or complicated the problem.
