I felt welcomed and comfortable the moment I stepped in the door. The staff was very helpful with helping me purchase new glasses. Dr. Keser listened to me and answered all my questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Barry Gridley was an absolute delight! It was actually the ONLY Dr visit, of any sort, i've had in 10 years that was enjoyable. He explained everything that was going on with my eyes, and we had a bit of conversational small talk during the process. He is a truly good-hearted individual. I wish all doctors were this way. My wife and I went in for an exam and it was so positive an experience that it made the rest of our day better. That's rare. If you are going to have an appointment, ask for him during scheduling. He's great!!

I waited for 1.5 hours for my appointment and then my doctor told me he was having vision issues because of his surgery. The doctor had poor personal space boundaries and made me physical uncomfortable. He also continued talking about his own surgery during my care which was annoying because I was already behind in timing for my errands. I will not be coming vack

Making an appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic was easy and my check-in and out process was seamless and made me feel safe. The doctor say me promptly and took the time necessary to explain to me the changes in my prescription. The sales floor associates were tremendously helpful, weren't pushy, and gave me the room to look and come to decisions about whether to purchase on my own.

My husband and I both got glasses from Vision Works. It was an excellent experience all around and we're very pleased. After I got home I realized I needed the progressive lenses. I called and they said no problem, just pay the difference and they will change them. The people are extremely competent and nice. I would recommend them to anyone.
