I strongly recommend Dr. Beth Lin She was very personable and was easy to talk too. most of all we talked about other things as if we knew each other I give her a 10 out of 10

This place has really gone down hill. The front office staff do not listen to the customers concerns, or inquiries. Last year I noticed that they were rushing me through my appointment. When selecting my glasses they would only show me what my insurance would cover, and just pushed me from the time the appointment started until the end. I made appointments for all of my children, and when I made the appointment I was explaining to their dad about my last experience. He offered to come along and let me know if I was over reacting or it I had a cause for concern. Upon arriving, they took 2 of the kids in the back, 11 & 14. Thought it was odd, but hey I love efficiency. They come out and they get to pick their glasses. The man who fits you for your glasses flat out refused to let my daughter see any of the glasses on the wall due to "they aren't covered by your insurance" . I told him I was willing to pay out of pocket, he advised me they started at $200.00 and then walked away. My son who is Autistic needs transitions on his lenses as bright lights if hit the right way can result in a melt down. When I asked for them to add the transition to his glasses, I was immediately stopped with "that's not covered under your insurance" I explained I would pay for it and again I was met with "that's not covered under your insurance". If you're going to discriminate against people because they have Medicaid/Care source insurance then just don't book their appointments, Just because they have marketplace insurance doesn't mean that the customer doesn't have money to pay out of pocket for things. Shame on North Coast for treating me and my kids like we are 2nd rate citizens, for being in North Ridgeville I expected better. Do better.

Got my appointment in 3 days of calling.the staff is very friendly. The exam was extremely comfortable and very thorough. I would recommend this office in N.Ridgeville to friends and family. They except caresource insurance and they have a nice selection of frames.

1st North Coast Eye Care in North Ridgeville is great! Dr. Yoder is very fun, informative, kind and listens. When you go in for an eye exam with her, you aren't just getting an eye exam. You are getting someone who cares and wants to know how life is going. They have a great selection of frames, staff is friendly and willing to help you in any way possible. Get ready for a laugh and a very nice experience!

!! Update: provider was able to figure out my insurance policy. End Update !! Didn’t tell me they did not use my insurance making me pay out of pocket for my entire bill.

This was my first time visiting this facility/Dr. Novak, and due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I had to bring my 4-year-old son with me to my eye exam. I had never brought a small child with me to an appt like this so I was little nervous. Both the staff and doctor went out of their way to accommodate me, and even let my son “help” with a couple things and sit in my lap at times. In addition to being pleased with the overall service, I was very impressed by how accommodating they all were and how welcome/engaged they made my son feel during the hour-long appt. Definitely 5-stars.

These are some of the nicest ladies I have ever had to deal with. From getting in to order my glasses to the person who spent a lot of time with me to get just what I felt I needed. What a great experience! Even during these trying times, they were so kind.

Their office is modern and very well laid out and the housekeeping is up to snuff. The staff was friendly and courteous. I like Dr. Novak who recently married and is now Dr. Olding. She is good at her job and I would recommend her and the North Olmsted office to my friends.

First time ever I have felt the obligation to write a review on the service I experienced this morning. The exceptional work by Cory, Dr. Novak and Beth was greatly appreciated. They really made me feel comfortable and explained whatever task they were doing like true professionals with great personalities . Job well done ladies.

I have been going to the eye center of North Olmsted for about 20 years now. I have always been impressed with how smooth and efficient their operation is in the cleanliness of the offices. The staff is friendly, professional oh, and they really run an excellent operation. The doctors are all very friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all my questions with patience and complete answers. They also have the latest technology and a great selection of frames. I highly recommend the eye center of North Olmsted and Dr Szabo.
