I just wanted to leave a thank you to Tyler and Josh who helped my son (7yr) get his 1st sets of glasses. Both of them were knowledgeable and kind to us, helping with insurance. Tyler made my high energy son comfortable and he honestly has the patience of a Saint. He made sure that the glasses fit properly and explained how to care and maintain them. We will definitely keep going in for our eye care needs.

I never leave good or bad reviews however felt as if people should know what they are walking into before going here. The customer service here is completely awful. I chalked it up to just a bad day a couple of times but this morning I was hung up on after they canceled my appointment (I wanted to keep this appointment). Today was the final straw for me. There is just no reason to be so rude.

I got glasses from this location last year that had to be sent back because they were the wrong perscription and was treated horrible from the George gentleman so I went to the Princeton road location this year and had no issue's.
My elderly mother went to this location by mistake. We went today to pick up her new glases and they are no where near her perscription. We politely asked if maybe the lenses we in the wring sides by mistake and he got really rude and red faced " It not our mistake ma'am and you'll have to wait til thursday to be examined again!" I have never been talked to or treated this way from anyone in customer service in my life..
We left with my elderly mother in tears because she felt like she did something wrong...
I just read complaints from 2017 about this George gentleman (Grey hair grey beard) and it seems that customer complaints must not matter at this location cause he still has an attitude and no customer service skills.
I hope that customer service can transfer everything to the other location so I don't have to snap back at this guy!

I have always taken my child to Dr Elkin at Walmart Vison. I had an appointment on Saturday. The appt was at 9:40 and we got there at 9:45 and the rude lady working told me that we would need to reschedule as we were late. I said 5 minutes!! I could understand if we were 15 or so minutes late but literally 5 minutes. She was very rude. I told her we would not be back. It’s sad that because of staff, Dr Elkin has lost 3 patients.

Entire staff is amazing!!! Very helpful, & Friendly. Great with kids of all ages!! Dr. Ekin is a wonderful & patient doctor. My family has been going here for our eye care needs for years, and will continue to do so.

Becca: We don't make appointments here. We DO NOT have an eye doctor at this location!
Me. Ok then
Becca: [hangs up phone]
Me. you don't have to be rude about it...
This used to be a good place to go for an eye exam, especially considering the west side one has such terrible reviews, but dang. Don't even try now. What do they do, if they can't actually give eye exams and write prescriptions? Just sell sun glasses?

I selected Dr. Roebuck to go to about my sight issues based on my sister's past experience with 2 cataract surgeries one on each eye years apart from each other and another procedure by Dr. Roebuck and she was extremely happy with the results from all three procedures. I ended up with cataracts on both of my eyes. I just finished the second procedure this past week and couldn't be happier with the results. I can see again clearly!!! Dr. Roebuck was very thorough! His staff was great and I couldn't have been more pleased with The Cincinnati Eye Institute in Middletown, OH. Both his office and the surgical location were extremely cautious with the Covid19 situation. I highly recommend Dr. Roebuck if you are having any type of an eye issue.

My Mom had correction surgery done on both eyes and can see wonderfully now. I would like to say, thank you Dr. Roebuck for doing such a wonderful job on my eye surgeries. Your very satisfied patient, Betty Bow Stiver.

I have appreciated Dr. ROBUCKS very professional manner and think he is excellent in his manner while providing superior eye care. He is definitely my first choice for an eye doctor.

Efficient experience. The staff wasted no time getting me into a room and prepped for the doctor to see me. Dr. Love was so nice, asked a lot of questions, and was very explanatory.
