Very horrible service. The doctor kept convincing my little brother to tell my mother to purchase glasses and since my brother said he only the prescription, the doctor kept raising her voice to my little brother when she was doing the eye check-up. Yelling is definitely not professional and therefore this doctor should not even be working on this field! I will never go there ever in my life!

The service here is great! I called and left a voicemail and they called me back within the same day. Also they were able to fit me in sooner than expected! Thank you to the staff that does such an amazing job!

I had SMILE LASIK done at IQ Laser Vision and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. On day one, I met with Dr. Christine, who carefully walked me through the entire process and explained the three types of corrective eye surgeries. I chose SMILE because I didn’t want halos, and I felt my eyes were worth every penny. On the day of surgery, everything was calm, quick, and professional. The actual procedure took about 10 minutes per eye. The surgeon was steady and reassuring, and the staff answered every question I had afterward. By day two, my vision was already crystal clear, and one week later, I’m seeing 20/20 with just a bit of normal light glare that they told me will fade. It honestly feels like magic and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I am recommending this to all my friends and family hehe.

I love their amazing customer service! Very helpful in all aspects. My insurance covers a good portion, but some items are expensive. The employees look at different options to get the best price.

I wish i could give 10 stars, both Dr Tran and her office employee are super nice and respond your special request with no wait time.

Dr Patel was okay but everything else concerning this medical facility/practice is sorely lacking. I left 3 voicemails over a seven day period without any response. When I called and did get through, but not using the correct prompt for my question, I got the excuse "we are understaffed" which I responded that is not my problem! The lady who fielded my question concerning my appointment time had to place me on hold twice and then she came back asking when did I what to reschedule, which was not my question. I knew the date but needed to know the time for my surgery because someone forgot to write down on my paperwork. Day of cataract surgery went well, everything was on time and in fact since I was early I got in earlier and out fairly quickly. On my day after follow up visit I had an 8:45 am appointment which I arrived at 8:15am (I'm always early). I finally got called into to a room for the assistant to do her checks and reviews at 9:45am. Then I was asked to sit in a waiting area again for about 15 minutes. When I was placed in a room so Dr Patel could inspect his work, I sat there for another 10 minutes, about ready to just get up and leave when he walked in. He spent about 3 or 4 minutes checking the eye he worked on asked if everything was okay and that was it. I will be passing on my disappointment with this establishment to my Ophthalmologist so she knows that PNW Eye Associates is a rather inept organization in my opinion. I will not be going back here for any future needs.

Xaiver (VCM) was very helpful with getting me a two new pair of lenses. It took less than a week to receive them. He also helped me adjust my frames so that my glasses don't fall off 😄. He took a lot of time and care, which is much appreciated! Thank you Xaiver!

Dr. Christensen did an outstanding job helping me find the right contact lenses. I have allergies and problems tolerating many lenses and I needed a solution to help me find the right lenses to help me play sports, skiing etc. Dr Christensen was patient and worked through to find the best option for me. Thank you!

Dr Taylor was fantastic! I had had an eye exam at the Pasadena location 9 weeks ago and came to Annapolis and purchased 2 pairs of eye glasses. Tienoout after redoing my lenses twice that my perception was wrong and when I called Pasadena back to be retested they wanted to charge me for another exam. I decided that if I was going to have to pay again that I would just go to the Annapolis LensCrafters to redo my vision test and he not only didn’t charge me he found cataracts in my right eye. He was so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I can’t say enough about him!!! Thank you Dr Taylor and the amazing associate that has put up with me redoing all this every time I cam in. I think her name was Alissa or Elsie but she has been amazing as well…

I had an appointment to have an prosthetic eye replaced. I was escorted to the rooms where the prosthetic eyes were made and seated. Immediately two dogs started running around my feet and barking. Their food and water bowls where in front of me on the floor. The lady started talking about the dogs. She indicated the owner liked having them in the office. She asked me if I liked dogs. I explained that I like dogs but I prefer them outside…..not in my house! I felt the area should have more sanitary. I didn’t want dog hair on me. I was actually diagnosed a few years ago with an allergy from the dander from cats and dogs. I want anything associated with my health to be done in a clean, sanitary condition and environment. It was explained to me that the dogs would be in the room during the process of making my new eye. I excused myself and left the building. I later called the owner and tried to explain my situation and why I wouldn’t have my eye made in a unsanitary facility. He was rude and let me know he didn’t care about my business or opinion.

Dr. Bashir Tarraf is an excellent Optometrist, not just for the knowledge he has but for the way he loves his work. It is not very common to find a doctor that explains in detail what and how is the procedure. Absolutely recommend him as your next Optometrist Specialist
