Was seen promptly after arrival. Technician was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Love promptly saw me after testing was done. He Answered my questions completely and I was on my way very quickly. I have complete confidence that I am getting the very best care possible.

Dr White was great. I received a great eye exam. Did the exam, explained results, reviewed retinal image and discussed any possible concerns. Answered all my questions. I’ve been looking for a good optometrist for 2 years, I found her.

The office was clean and well staffed, I was seen in a timely manner, the doctor performed a thorough exam and explained the meaning of all actions taken during the visit (dilation, photos of the eyes, pressure test, etc). I will continue to use Dr. Moczak in the future.

Very nice and friendly staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional. However, when I return to get my script 2 weeks later, my prescription was lost and so was the record for my exam making the entire two-hour visit a wasted trip. So now here I go again for visit number two and hopefully this 2 hour appointment turns out to where I can finally get my glasses.

Our long experience with Hamilton Eyecare is mostly positive, but there are recent trouble signs. The Drs. Moorehead, the owners, seem to have retreated from practice, and I have not seen them in the office for a while. Dr. Morgan is very good, even though young, and I trust her.
The staff is all young, and it seems that no one is really in charge of office operations. We no longer count on getting a phone call or text message when an order arrives, nor even a return phone call after leaving a message. I see a of of new young faces now, indicating turnover and inexperience. I have nothing against youth, but would like to see someone seasoned running the show, as I sense that the place needs that.

Such a great place to go for my glasses. The staff there is always so friendly. I appreciate the quality customer service I get every time I have an appointment.
They always have a large selection of both glasses and contacts to pick from, which is nice. And at a fair price too! I’ve shopped around a lot before I started going to HEC, and these are the best deals I’ve found on my eyecare products.
All around I don’t think I could be more satisfied with the service and care I receive from HEC!! Thanks again!

Eye exam was great and people are friendly and polite. My issue is I have been waiting 6 weeks on my glasses. When it was suppose to be 2 weeks. First time they had to remake them due to scratch on lens. Second time they cut lenses to small for the frames. Now they arrived but frame is cracked. Now waiting a fourth time, six weeks and still waiting on my glasses is not acceptable.

Do not go to the MyEyeDr in Hamilton. I had scheduled an eye exam for an urgent matter (vision issue after trauma to the eye) online. I received a call stating that there was an error in the computer system and I would have to reschedule. I explained my urgent situation to the receptionist and Dr. Reffner still refused to squeeze me in. There is no compassion at this office and if you ever have an actual issue, you can never be seen. The last time this happened, it was my prior eye doctor that I hadn’t seen in over 10 years due to moving away that still squeezed me in to see me and I ended up needing surgery. So there has been two times this office has failed a patient. I don’t know how many times I sacrificed my time for a patient in need. That’s what healthcare is.
