Dr. Gagnon and his staff are friendly, accommodating, and have the best for their patients in mind. They are also transparent in their fees and helpful in explaining insurance benefits.

I have seen Dr. Nelsen as my Retina Specialist for 25 or 30 years and I love him as my Dr. I've been a diabetic for 47 years. He has always been honest with me and treats me right and with great respect. I'm now having some problems with my eyelid and I'm trusting him to get me through. Thanks for your continued care.

Called for a consult for LASIK. I was told that the Dr. Trans or whatever his name is does not do LASIK on anyone OVER 30! Reason being is because I’m 20 years they’ll need catarac surgery anyways. He prefers to do lasik on 25 yr olds. Someone explain to me because it doesn’t make sense from my research. Vision in your 20s it’s not always steady, and after 40 vision changes. Also, if in 20 yrs I get cataracts or not it’s 20 yrs that I chose to see better. Nothing sounded right and I’m glad they denied me.

Miriam and Stephen at the lens crafters in Macy’s store in mission viejo ma all are the best. Buying glasses has always been very stressful for me. Miriam was so great she took so much time with me encouraged me to try on as many pairs as I wanted. She made some great suggestions and I love the pair she recommended. It was my first experience going to Clarkson Eyecare in Ann Arbor, and I have nothing but good things to say. Setting up an appointment online as a new patient was super easy. The staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival and the process of my annual eye exam was easy and well organized. Dr. Laura Richardson and her tech were very thorough in their explanations of things. I would definitely recommend and look forward to continuing my care there!
