Got a random bill months after I paid my exam, contacts & glasses in full during my appointment. I’ve asked what the bill is for and I’ve gotten no answer! Feel like I’m getting rung dry from this place. I won’t go back!!!!

I’m not sure if it was an off day or what but the staff was all rude!! The scribe after the doc left didn’t look at me once, like no eye contact at all! It was weird. Workers arguing in all. The doctor himself dr kies, what a joke. I went in knowing I had an ingrown eyelash hair, I could see it MYSELF! I just wasn’t able to extract it because it was so close to my eye lid but it was swollen and bothering me. He told me I had over active oil glands in my eyelash line and that it was a stye. I would have to have it removed by flipping my eye lid inside out and removing it that way. It WASNT a stye!! I paid for this visit for a diagnosis I knew was wrong, ridiculous! Went home a few weeks later and was able to get it out myself, and it was in fact an ingrown hair !! If you are at a point in age where you can’t see to diagnose your patients right even with a magnifying glass then you should probably be retiring. I literally just needed someone to help me pull the hair out.

Dr. Love and Staff were very caring and helpful as always. I have gone here for years and will continue. Very happy with service. Very Trustworthy Team. Highly Recommend.

Thorough exam by knowledgeable staff. I had switched from another place. Had no idea I was not getting complete care until Midwest did their standard exam. Hands down the better choice. Plus explanation of results. That’s a bonus to me.

Dr Mike is such a quality, ethical and knowledgeable doctor. I trust him completely and am grateful to have him as my optometrist. Everyone at the office is professional and I always feel like I’m treated like family!

I recently visited Hamilton Eyecare Center for the first time due to my insurance changing and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly due to a cancelation and of course, needed new glasses. It is so nice to have glasses that are clear and don't have any reflection or glare on them like my old pair did. (Previous eye doctor's office screwed my lenses up several times.) I had to stop in one more time to have them adjusted and the optician was so patient and worked hard to make sure they fit correctly. Thank you to everyone in the office for your help! I'm thrilled with my new glasses!

Dr. Nye was my doctor for years. Because of my work schedule being asked to work overtime at the last minute, I've had to reschedule 3 or 4 times. I explained that that's how my work schedule is and couldn't afford not to work the overtime. Because of some policy they have, I was told they no longer wanted me as a patient. I paid my bills on time and purchased several pair of glasses over the years, and they tossed me to the side over a policy.... not understanding that sometimes people have to work unexpectedly.

Dr. Nye the eye guy! Lol but seriously it was a wonderful experience. The facility is clean and everyone was very professional. I didn't have to wait long and I feel like I got a good deal on my glasses. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely a good addition to Hamilton.

This place was my saving grace. Dude was friendly helpful and amazing. Couldn’t fix my frame but instead had a replacement which was perfect. My face is real funky and LensCrafters and Walmart and such didn’t have replacements. Fast, friendly, amazing. Price was quite affordable too. 100/10 cannot recommend enough.
