I have been here 4 times to see the glaucoma specialist and so far even with iriodotmy being done I would say everyone is very friendly and I have made me feel comfortable. Yes they are busy with lots of patient but the have different specialties not just a general eye dr.

Dr. K. Nichols was awesome. I would recommend her for all your eye needs. She assisted me in getting the best care for a vision problem I have, and provided quick and prompt referral services to take care of the issue. Thanks.

Great group of people from reception to the glass fitting! Dr. Tom was amazing. He listened to my concerns and explained everything from options to what to expect after. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommed!!

Our family of five has been going here for well over a decade they are fantastic. We've never had an issue and they are very helpful and considerate. The doctors are great and Janet at the front desk is so wonderful.

I love going here. It's is for my daughter, who has amblyopia. Our tech is Andrea and she is lovely. So friendly and nice. Generally on time when we visit her. We used to see Dr Chapman, who is an amazing fun doctor and is now retired. We now see Dr Baumgarner and he is great as well. This place takes care of you.

Dr. Min Zhang is an exceptional physician who combines deep medical knowledge with genuine compassion for patients. During my visits, Dr. Zhang took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. The office staff was also courteous and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy doctor.

Got there 30 min early, told them my concern about having to be out in time to make it to work, they were able to do that for me, thank you! good patient service.

Great customer service and the computer system caused an issue earlier so appointments were running behind. They apologized profusely but it was out of their control. The tele visit was very interesting but went so smoothly and I would 100% use it in the future.

If i could i would give a very negative star but it wont let me, so i have to give it at least a 1 to make this review. They suck, they dont know wat they r doin, my husband has a benign tumor behind his right eye that is really close to his optic nerve which i believe is causing his memory issues and confusion because its probably pushing on his optic nerve, his eye is always in pain and he can barely see out of it, see wat looks like lines when hes watchin tv, and sometimes even where he sees nothin but black, the dr says since his vision hasnt changed she doesnt wanna do his surgery that she said she was willing to do, even tho his vision is not the same at all, sounds to me she just doesnt know wat she is doin, we live out of town so i cant just wait till the last min to schedule things, so they made me waste over 200 plus made me have to miss work so thats even more money. Her name is dr brittany simmoms and she doesnt know wat she is doin, i feel like she doesnt want to do the surgery bc of his insurance or because we canceled the room that they work with bc i found a cheaper motel to stay at. I feel like she is discriminating. I dont want a respinse feom anyone apologizing and sayin oh im sry, no u just need to have ppl that know wat they r actually doin and not discriminating and ppl who actually care bout their patients and not just in the field because of the money
