I have been to two eye doctors since getting glasses almost 15 years ago, and I have never had an experience like I did at Optometric Associates. The exam was thorough, the doctor explained everything she was doing and everything she saw from my tests. I left my previous doctor because it had been bought out by a corporate eye doctor and most of the staff had left. I was looking for an office with caring and knowledgeable staff, and Optometric Associates is more than I could have hoped for. I was able to find new glasses I love, they have great warranties on the lenses (a problem I had with my last doctor), and have timely service when it comes to getting your glasses. When picking out my frames, the optician and the front office staff gave me their opinions when I tried them on and did not rush me at all. I love it here and will always come back!

My first visit to an eye doctor in 5 years and my experience was great. Dr. Davis is attentive and informative and was very patient while I struggled with eye dilation and the bright lights used for the eye exam. I was at ease and well taken care of. Then later I worked with Marge who was super receptive to my desires as far as frames go. My frames were ready quickly and both visits had me in and out of the office as quickly as possible which was super great as the appointments didn't interrupt my day too much. If you're looking for an eye doctor in the West Chester area Dr. Davis is a great option!

Dr Davis is Friendly and Kind and explains everything she is doing as she is examing you. The office is bright and clean and Marge is a whiz at helping you pick the right frames. They are an A+ team!

Dr.Davis and Marge run a small and efficiently run office. They both worked very hard to get me in to see a specialist same day when needed. As a RN with over 40 years of experience-I’m very confident in the care I receive here and have been receiving for close to 20 years.

Courteous staff. Patricia Dickey is compassionate, understanding and informative. My appointment was early in the morning and I was greeted with all happy faces! Pleasant office.

I was pleased to be given and thorough exam. I thought I had some issues with eye deterioration and Dr. Dickey was able to show that it was minor and not yet a concern. This was very comforting. Dr. Dickey is very knowledgeable and willing to share.

Dr. Dickey and the other staff members at the office were excellent. They explained every step of my visit and truly listened to my questions and health concerns. The premises were clean and professional, and my wait time was minimal. Recommend 100%.

Saw Dr. Catando for a much needed eye exam after years of eye strain throughout the course of law school. Dr. Catando used the latest technology to exam my eyes and made me realize just how much better my quality of life could be with the use of a prescription pair of glasses for temporary use. Dr. Catando was very thorough in his explanation of my situation, extremely friendly, and just overall reassuring throughout the entire visit. Somehow my eye appointment was the best part of my day... 5/5 stars!

Office staff is terrible. I made an appointment to see the doctor and when I showed up I was told I didn't have an appointment. The receptionist then proceeded to imply it was my fault because I didn't have a confirmation number! Be warned, get a confirmation number when you make an appointment.

Wonderful eye doctor! Dr. Catando is the best eye doctor I've ever had, and his staff is also excellent. Even though I've moved from West Chester, I still will go back to Dr. Catando because any other eye doctor would be a big step down. He is extremely thorough and treats patients very nicely. I wouldn't even consider trusting anyone else with my eyes. Highly recommended!

Been seeing Dr. Clouser for 12 yr!! He's excellent! Now my 12 yr old sees him too!!!
