This guy is amazing. I found out less than 12 hours before getting on a plane for vacation with my family that I had some retinal tears in my eye that needed to be taken care of before I flew. He squeezed me into his schedule and confidently and accurately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and proceeded to efficiently and effectively laser repair the retinal tears. While the procedure was certainly painful, he was considerate and communicated well In advance of and throughout the procedure as to what I would experience. I returned a week later and he reviewed the situation and explained all my post surgery symptoms. Patient, competent, efficient and effective. I would highly recommend him for at least this laser retinal tear surgery.

Dr. Ward is very thorough explains everything very personal. I have the upmost respect for him as a surgeon. He was able to prevent a major problem in the past with my retina. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

CRH Vision Associates is such a great practice. Everyone in the office is pleasant & helpful. And don’t get me started on Dr. Reto! He is the nicest, most cheerful doctor I know! And, he knows his stuff! I came in w/a detached retina & he diagnosed it and got me in to see the retinologist w/in the hour. He saved my eyesight!!

This is the friendliest doctors offices I have ever been to. Everyone from the check in to check out is wonderful. I also get my glasses there and they are excellent too. Dr. Reto is the best and spends as much time with you as you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I could not speak more highly of Bainbridge Eye Care Associates. I started coming here as a new patient only a few weeks ago and desperately needed new glasses and sunglasses. All of the staff go above and beyond in helping you pick out new glasses, hearing your concerns, and making you feel comfortable. Bob, the eye glass consultant, especially is incredibly kind, honest and helpful when picking out your frames. From offering honest opinions on glasses that suit your face shape to hearing your style preferences and ensuring they fit your face correctly upon arrival. Everyone here is so amazing and I couldn't speak more highly of them.

My recent visit to Bainbridge Eyecare Associates was nothing short of fantastic. When I stepped into their office, I was impressed by its clean and modern design, setting the stage for a positive experience. Bob and Stacy's warm welcome added to the inviting atmosphere. Their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Having a high prescription since childhood, I've had my fair share of experiences with new eye care offices, and it's rarely a pleasant process—usually, it involves a barrage of questions and surprises. However, my experience at Bainbridge Eyecare Associates was refreshingly different. Dr. Bainbridge, in particular, was a standout. He approached my case with patience, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to address all my questions and concerns, leaving me thoroughly informed about my eye care. His professionalism and approachability made the entire experience a welcome change from the norm. Keep up the great work!

I've been seeing Dr. Bainbridge for years for my eye care and he and the staff have always been fantastic. The facilities they moved into a few years back are very impressive and comfortable. All of the staff have a great attitude and comradery and you can tell they enjoy their jobs which is prob not easy in the medical profession. Dr. Bainbridge himself is very relatable while also giving off real genius vibes which is a nearly impossible thin line to walk. Other than being temporarily blinded after each visit for a few hours by the required eye drops, I don't mind going to see him regularly to stay on top of my eyesight. His practice gets my highest possible recommendation.

I really wish I didn’t have to write this review but I hope sharing my experience represents a learning opportunity for everyone. In summary, the bedside manner that helps patients feel at ease during a vision health checkup was lacking throughout the organization, and it unfortunately manifested itself in various ways throughout my appointment. First, when booking the appointment, the person was short on patience. When I showed up for my appointment, I had my vision insurance card but they also asked for my medical insurance card, which is not necessary for this visit but they insisted on having it on file and became upset when I declined to provide it to them. During my appointment with the optometrist, they dilated my pupils without asking for my permission or sharing its side effects. In other words, after having my pupils dilated, I could not drive back to work safely until the drops wore off. The doctor shrugged it off and gave me sunglasses. If I had known about the pupil dilation ahead of time I could have made arrangements to have a friend drive me to/from the clinic. Lastly, I wore my contacts to my appointment and brought my glasses with me as they had requested. They took my glasses to run a few tests. It was only after I was putting them on at home in the evening that I noticed a deep scratch across the center of one of my lenses. Lessons learned: (1) How welcoming the front staff is a strong reflection of the overall atmosphere of the clinic (2) in this day of identity theft and privacy concerns, only share what is necessary to receive services and nothing more. Why is additional personal information needed and why expose yourself to liability and grief if this personal information is compromised? (3) Overcommunicate as much as possible so everyone is at ease with procedures. No one likes surprises when it comes to medical care. The doctor/patient relationship is based on trust and establishing that trust is critical for quality care and successful patient outcomes. Sharing what each procedure entails and the side effects allows the patient to be an active participant in their care. Vistarr Eye Care provides an invaluable service to the communities they serve, and it is my hope they consider my feedback above as they look to grow their practice and services.

They need to restructure their representatives for more competent and compassionate people. The staff is so obnoxious and rude that I’m sure if things don’t change they will be out of business. Why businesses think that their staff could treat people so poorly and yet think they will thrive is very confusing.

Reliable service. Doctors are fabulous and know their stuff. I felt like I received a great exam. The doctor took her time and explained everything she was doing to me and answered all me questions.
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
