I was able to make an appointment to be seen quickly when I developed a problem with my eye. The doctor was competent and reassuring. I do recommend him.

Coming to optical palace for my eye exam and getting two pairs of glasses they work with you in pricing and service was great and pleasant, I’ve receive a call when my glasses was ready tried them on and I am very satisfied with the work.

Dr. Potash and his staff are professional and caring in their delivery of services. Dr. Potash bedside manner is excellent! Dr. Potash takes the time to explain what he is going to do, the findings from all tests and examinations and the course of treatment. Dr. Potash and his staff contacted another medical provider that I saw for a previous examination, in order to get details about the results. A screw on my matsuda frame fell out from my flight last night. I did a quick Google search for glass stores and found this one. Very happy that I did. It was a great fast and easy fix. Thank you to the gentleman for replacing the screw, and on a Sunday. Cheap couple bucks too. Very honest, would 120% recommend.

I did a lot of research to find a place that would take my insurance and called both the insurance and this place, both assured me it was within network. Before they could see me they charged more than they had quoted, that’s fine, I paid. Then they said there was nothing wrong with my eye and sent me home with an ointment only. Months later I STILL have issues with the eye and they sent me to collections because they couldn’t charge my insurance! A total waste of time and money. I tried contacting the customer support number but they are outsourced and gave me a wrong line to call locally. I finally reached the person in charge of the financial aid but she never answers the phone, sent directly to voicemail. At least all of them are consistently bad, it’s the one thing you can be sure of. Go somewhere else.

Excellent service! The technician was absolutely wonderful! She knew every piece of equipment being used and even took time to exam how they are and would be used. She was very detailed in her explanation as well. I felt very comfortable around her! You can tell she is passionate about not only her job, but the specialization in optometry.
