I have been seeing Dr Rowson for over ten years. She is the best. She has helped me tremendously by referring me to retina specialist for severe eye floaters.I have just had a vitrectomy in my right eye to remove floaters. The improvement is amazing and improved my quality of life beyond belief.I was at my wits edge as these floaters were literally driving me crazy.I can't wait for my right eye to finish healing so I can have surgery to remove floaters in left eye, which are equally as bad.Dr Rowson really cares about you and can make a big difference in your life regarding eye health.I strongly recommend her for anyone who wants to protect their vision to the highest degree. Sincerely, Jeff Baran

I have been a patient of Dr Rowson for many years. She has always been very thorough in her examination and taken time to explain things….she’s the best!!! Her staff members are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and have referred my friends and family!!

This was my first time coming here and they were fantastic! Everyone was so nice, the doctor took the time to speak a bit before getting into the exam portion and they explained every step of the appointment! I was able to get an appointment on short notice while I am in town from school! I would highly recommend!

After my long time eye doctor retired, I had to find a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of care at My Vision Center. The office had all the latest modern diagnostic equipment and the staff was so helpful and pleasant that I would recommend anyone looking for an eye exam or new glasses to stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

First of all, I only write reviews if my experience was absolutely negative or overwhelming positive. And I feel so excited to share my experience and hopefully it'll help some of those who are indecisive like myself. … More

Bought 2 pair Nikes with top of the line lenses-$1200 before insurance. Paid about $650 out of pocket. Need these special progressive lenses, antiglare, and transitions for my TBI. Wore 1 pair (kept the other in the case the whole time)- w in 3 months noticed fine scratches had one pair replaced in 9 months under their 1 year waranty. Wore the new pair for 3 months and scratches again. Wore the 2nd pair and w/in 3 months scratch’s again. I was meticulous with the last 2 pair- always wetted first- stopped using lens wipes since that’s what made a film on the first pair. Used only water and dab of soap and lens cleaning cloth. Asked associate she claimed she has 23 yrs experience gave me typical on liner answers even tho I told her my wife bought a pair at same office and never had an issue. She claimed it was the way I cleaned them. I was meticulous. She offered nothing. Said it was the Antiglare coating, again explained my wife has a pair with Antiglare and she never had an issue. Associate said “oh I’m sure she has scratches too it depend how you hold them in the light”. My point was her glasses don’t have scratches and don’t affect her vision but mine do. She’s had the same pair for 2 years. I’ve gone thru 3 pair in 1.5 yrs. Same old one liners basically insulting my intelligence. No offer to replace or try to fix a thing. Just told me I could get new lenses for one pair for $650. Oh well I tried. Will take my money elsewhere. No customer service or listening. AND since I DID get a replacement for my INITIAL glasses and it’s been less than one year- no offer to replace them again! I wasn’t about to argue or beg. I wasn’t provided any solutions. And the associate never even once offered to “look” at my glasses! Thanks for taking my $1200. For a multi million dollar company I’m surprised there’s no customer service. I’ll shop elsewhere and stay away from any National Vision Brand. I’m assuming I will get a blank statement reply back that your sorry and to reach out to your customer service. I already did at the store- they should be trained to satisfy the customer. With 480 million profit the company should already know how to help the customer.

They were very helpful. The entire staff was very friendly! My 10 yr old son went with me and he highly enjoyed the workers as well! And the price of my exam, extra testing and glasses was very reasonable even without insurance!

The optician, Dr Sharick, was very nice and thorough, and spent a lot of time discussing my eye issues with me. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was a little confused about the pricing. It should have been a free exam with the purchase of two glasses, which it was, and the two frames should have been $79.99. Something like that. I ended up spending $350. I'm not sure how that happened and I guess one of my frames wasn't in the "cheap" section. I wish they would have explained it to me. I would have gone back to the cheap section and picked out another pair. Or even gotten 2 of the same frame. I'm on Medicaid, nothing was covered by insurance, and I don't really have $350 for glasses. But it's over, can't change it now. Just watch where you're getting your frames from I guess.

Full service eye care and glasses shop. My main complaint is that the frames are just too expensive here. It's normal for the field, but I just buy them online way cheaper and they hold up perfectly fine. The eye care was thorough and they did a good check of all aspects. I even got sent to a specialist afterward but it ended up being unnecessary. Even so, from not having a history of tests, they erred on the side of caution and I appreciate that.

Purchase glasses at Visionworks but the frames were irritating. The top of my nose took them back. They exchange them no problem they were really nice there. Would recommend them 👍 …

Autumn was the very nice young lady who helped both my daughter and I with choosing frames. She was very informative and patient.
