Such a nice visit! They were able to take me same-day without insurance, and the staff was wonderful! The doctor was very informative and relaxed, and the exam was quick and easy. A wonderful ray of sunshine named Brooke helped me after my exam with ordering my prescription, and it honestly was the highlight of my morning. 12/10 recommend!

Great experience. Very sweet eye doctor! Loves his job and wants you to have the best prescription for contacts. My boyfriend and I both visit him.

The PA and her assistant were thorough, caring, and competent. The person at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. All in all, from start to finish, I had a first-rate experience. I would certainly recommend the Northwell UrgentCare on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and Nassau Boulevard. Next time, I will book an appointment in advance.

I absolutely love MyEyeDr. at Southpoint! I would not trust anyone else with my eye health. Their selection of eyeglasses are also very fashionable! Ashton is a jewel to work with! She is so patient and kind…she also has a great eye for what looks good on you! When you go there, ask for Ashton—you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful location. The staff was fabulous. They did a great job at making sure I understood everything they were doing and what I should expect during my recovery time. Dr Will was amazing. I thank God and him. I can see! Great investment. Would highly recommend getting LASIK done at Will Vision.

My daughter and I had our eye exams With Dr. Shepherd who was very professional and thorough. She was very kind and and listened and was very easy to talk to. My daughter and I both had to pick out new glasses and the Technician was just the same: professional, thorough and friendly. An overall pleasant morning- thanks so much!!

Dr. Small was friendly. She was also firm when giving medical instructions. This was my first appointment with her, and I will be back to see her again next year.

Life Changing Experience! After many years of increasing anxiety while driving, I decided it was time to do something as it was affecting my ability to perform daily and necessary tasks. I completed a survey to see if my symptoms might be related to a misalignment of my eyes. Within hours of completing the survey, I was contacted by Dr. Alsterlund who immediately set up a phone consult to discuss my results. He decided that I was a likely candidate for this dysfunction and I am so glad I reached out. This is a specialty of Dr. Alsterlund. I am so grateful. After a thorough and comprehensive eye exam ( including a regular eye exam), he did diagnose me with a misalignment and prescribed special prism lenses that would aid in my eye's ability to focus. I am currently 5 weeks in with my new glasses and am ecstatic. I can see, really see! While driving was my main concern, I find that my eyes are less tired, I can see with more clarity than ever before, and my anxiety level has diminished greatly. I was born with this, didn't know it, and let the side effects consume me for far to long. I have my independence back! The whole process has been amazing, from consult, to diagnosis, to getting my glasses from the lab. I strongly recommend Dr. Alsterlund to any adult who experiences anxiety while driving, reading comprehension, vertigo like symptoms or experienced learning challenges as a child and has trouble with their eyes focusing. It has been a life changing experience on a multitude of levels. I don't walk with my head down, don't bump into things as much, feel confident completing tasks, and can see crystal clear. I had no idea what I was missing. If you are scared about the cost, don't be. I thought it was going to be very expensive without insurance ( my insurance didn't cover) and it wasn't. So reasonable and well worth the out of pocket expense. Compassion, caring, and communicative every step of the way! THANK YOU!

Everyone is so nice! Dr. Kosmidis and Selena are so nice and caring!!! They will answer your questions and explain the problem so you can understand it. I had some questions after and before my surgery and Selena gave me her email and promptly answered my questions!! The clinic is really great at keeping appointments running on time!! If there was more than 5 stars, I would given them more stars. Keep up the great work everyone!
