I recently become a new patient because my other eye doctor went out of business. This is the first time I've ever given any business a one-star. I sit here and cry because how rudely I was spoken to on the phone from the Greenfield office. The office is telling me one thing and Medicaid telling me something totally different. No one should ever be treated the way I was today. When I contacted the Greenfield office and explain to them that I already talked to Medicaid and they need to resubmit the claim because they never had a claim submitted. The lady on the phone screamed at me and told me that Medicaid may tell me one thing but whoever I talked to don't know what they're talking about at Medicaid. I hope that you read this and decide to go somewhere else to get your eye exam and glasses. No one should be treated like this! I will never go back and I will tell others the same thing. One of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life was today. I hope you're happy that you made someone cry and made them feel like a piece of trash.

Love this place! Took great care of my family. Staff were professional and polite. Telehealth experience was a breeze. Very handy with LensCrafters and their wonderful staff next door to help you as soon as you’re done at the doc. Will definitely refer people and will be back for all my eye care needs.

Best eye doctor I ever been to in my life. Takes his time to explain everything. Answers all your questions and he don't make you feel hurried with your time with him.

Dr. Meyer is just the best! Actually interested in examination & sharing info I need to keep my vision on track. Makes me feel comfortable. Pre exam tech was also very good.

I’ve reviewed this team before but I’ll say it again. Dr. Bodley is amazing! She and her team went above and beyond for us today. The el con and old Spanish trail locations are wonderful.

Love love Dr. George Glosik. Been going to him for years. Super detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, truly cares. Diagnosed immediately an issue years ago with my contacts that a previous optometrist had missed repeatedly. Office is always up to date on technology and products. Kelly at the front desk is also amazing. She is detailed, thorough and quickly understands exactly how to proceed with various insurance coverage and scheduling issues. She is easily the most competent individual I’ve ever encountered at a doctor or professional office.

Nice people - Dr Hein was thorough and direct which I appreciate. After he examined my eyes he took the time to answer questions and discuss next steps (cataracts). As a healthcare provider I was very happy with my experience. Would recommend for sure.

If you want terrible service please be my guest! Staff has no idea what customer service means! They’re all rude!!!!!!!! Your file is never updated and yes they still have paper charts! The black women with the thin framed glasses top tier rude! She won’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. And as for the doctor 9 times outta 10 you’ll catch him outside smoking a cigarette when he comes back in he’ll put sanitizer on as a bare minimum! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I’ll be reporting them to the BBB as well!
