Top notch eye care! Attentive staff who do all they can to make your visit worth your time. Dr. Fullenkamp is the best at helping you find the best solution for your eye care needs. I can't recommend enough!

Great price and great customer service. Super friendly staff. Manager is is extremely detail oriented and made sure I was very satisfied. Store was very cleaned and organized. Lots of options to choose from and glasses were ready in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at the Eyemart Tri County. They worked with my insurance and was able to get eye exam and two pair of glasses. The exam and one pair of glasses were free with the insurance. I somehow didn’t get the progressive lens with one pair. I called the next day and they took care of the lenses making them progressives. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy with my overall experience.

Exams were running a little behind but I had an excellent experience when picking out frames. He allowed me enough time to look, looked up several scenarios anf made me a great deal! Both pair of glasses took a combined 20 minutes to complete and I had mine before I even sat back down at work! Highly recommend and very happy!!!

I had a very nice visit with Dr. Grubb. I felt she was very thorough, took time to listen to my concerns and explained the changes she was making in my contacts and why she felt it was a better option for me. Of all the years of going to eye doctors, she took the time to explain way floaters were more visible and why they seemed to vanish over time. I will say I am glad I made the switch.

Staff was very nice and associate who did the eye exam as well. No excuse for starting the exam more than 20' late even if I arrived earlier than my appoitment. In regards to the Mr Kenkel, I was a bit disappointed, specially as he asked that I did a secont puff test on one of my eyes: didn't take the time to return to his lab to review it, we did it quickly over his shoulder...no greetings as I left.

My son has special needs and was a little anxious. The staff could not have been more encouraging and helpful. The front desk greeted us right away and were very nice and friendly. They took my son back earlier than his appointment time … More

Don't waste your money on high end glasses (Tory Burch). I purchased mine from Sams only to have them break. My intention was to get the Tiffany Glasses this year, well this changes my mind! No, I didn't sit on them or misuse them, I was cleaning them and wow they pulled apart between the lenses. I will go back to Sears. I still have my glasses from Sears to wear until I get a new pair with the correct prescription.

I have been going to the E. Kemper location for years and the current front staff are the ABSOLUTE best. We initially had a horrible experience with the on-site doctor who was 45min behind with patients, straddled my daughter so intimately during the exam it made my 15yo child look at me in shock, told us she had 20/20 vision after 3 years of wearing glasses, then offered for us to purchases both glasses and contacts. I walked out without finishing my own visit, but returned alone the next day to address the situation. Milana was able to reschedule us both just days later with online providers. Today my daughter and I were both seen by two different providers, both very thorough, kind, and their exams were consistent with our previous prescriptions. Their on-site assistant was just as pleasant. We were able to go in a bit early and pick glasses before our virtual visits and sit in a room of smiling ladies sharing laughs and jokes. Our appointments only took 45minutes and we were on our way. I loved the warm environment, and their willingness to help was more than inviting. If you are ever in need of a visit, please be sure to stop in at this location.
