My mom had a really great experience at this clinic. She doesn’t speak English very well, and sometimes that can make appointments stressful, but Xailene was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with her the entire time. She took the time to explain things clearly, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with so much care and respect. It honestly meant a lot to our family to see someone be so sweet and compassionate. The whole staff was professional, but Xailene truly stood out and made the visit a positive experience. We really appreciate her kindness and would definitely recommend this clinic!

From beginning to end, my experience was fast, efficient and professional. Dr. Ho was a pleasure to work with and my favorite Dr. of all time. Oh, and did I mention that my glasses were ready in 5 days! (this includes Sat. & Sun) Just WOW!

Dr. Huynh has been my family and I’s optometrist for years. She’s an expert in her field and extremely careful to detail. My kids love her warm demeanor and the ease of each appointment. Thank you for being our provider!

If you're thinking about making an appointment at Vision Care Associates, rest assured you will have a great experience. My experience there was perfect. Everyone was helpful and professional, especially Dr. Kramlich and Kristina, who helped me pick out the frames I needed. I had virtually no wait time, and left feeling like I had all my questions answered and got the help I needed. Highly recommended!

Yamely was very efficient and helpful with explaining everything to me about the exam and making me feel at ease about getting glasses for the first time.

Cataract surgery went extremly well. The staff was friendly respectful and efficient. I'm looking forward to getting the left eye done next week that will include a corrective lens. I must also mention CCTH has been sucessfuly treating the right eye macular degeneration issue for the better part of a year.

This is the best place to get your eye exam and glasses. One of my daughters saw Dr. Pack and my other daughter saw Dr. Trajano. We love Barbara because she was so amazing over the phone and was able to get them in for an appointment the next day, which is unheard of. Both the doctors were very nice, sweet and made my daughters feel very comfortable during their appointment. This was my youngest daughters very first time getting an eye exam and she said she really felt at home. We love Frank for being being so outgoing and quick. Everyone was so friendly. I also noticed everyone wearing a mask and following safety precautions by cleaning the machines and rooms immediately after use. The office was clean and customer service was great! I will definitely be referring my friends and family here! Thank you for making their appointments positively memorable!

Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as I came in, great staff, and overall no wait time. This is my 3rd year going to Odom's eye care and each visit was nice. Also, great variety of glasses to choose from depending on your budget.

Even after moving to Los Angeles, I make the annual trek to see Dr. Shively and Dr. Graziano for my eye care. After having a poor experience with a couple other optometrists in Bakersfield, I discovered BeSpectacled and will not go anywhere else. Both doctors are extremely thorough, personable, and communicative. Every visit, they readily answer all my questions (and I often have many!) and work to make sure that my contact and glasses prescriptions are accurate and comfortable. I have never ordered glasses through them, as I find that cheaper options work just fine, but I have been very happy with their routine care (I also never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office or that they need to stick to 5 minutes per patient) and contact fittings. Thank you, Dr. Shively & Dr. Graziano for the wonderful, thorough, and helpful care. You are both kind and excellent, and the world needs more doctors like you.
