Great! I like that they move you through the various eye tests with speed and efficiency, each station handled by an expert technician. At the end you see the doctor who goes through all of the results and your treatment plan (if needed.) Impressive efficiency. And I do believe I’m getting quality care through it all as well!

Dr Saran performed emergency lasar surgery on my eye. I was probably not the ideal patient (very sensitive) but he maintained a calm and positive demeanor. Eye is fixed and very happy with the results and dr Saran.

The entire staff at Chester County Eye Care is very friendly, and takes the time to answer my questions. Dr Chu is very thorough, and goes over each test result in detail. She also tells you what she is following for in the future.

Dr. Nguyen did an expert job determining my new lens prescription using the most up to date equipment which didn't require dilating my eyes and the inconvenience that causes. My new glasses fit and look great and I never have any problems with my vision. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to family and friends.

Ive always bought my contacts online but both the service, and prices here were awesome! The experience at this office is unlike any other doctor’s office. Dr. Yannelli is thorough, kind, and so intelligent. She always has great problem-solving tips and works with you until everything is perfect. Her staff in the West Chester office is so professional and friendly. It is always a pleasure dealing them. I have been going to them for several years and today, for the first time, they were running a bit behind. I have never had a doctor’s office ever care how long they keep you waiting. Everyone in the office was so apologetic today. There honestly is not enough kind words to describe the service and professionalism that you receive in this office. You feel like you are part of their family!!

I highly recommend! The crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The eye exam was thorough and the doctor was very clear in explaining what was tested and what the results meant. I wear glasses and while choosing my new frames and lenses, they were extremely informative about the options that I had.

A truly great experience from start to finish! We were greeted warmly, our appointment was handled exactly on time and Dr. Yannelli was wonderful. She explained each step expertly and answered all of our questions thoughtfully! I wish all doctors had her bedside manner and demeanor!

Great staff, very helpful and professional! The Doctors really care about your eye health, they have state of art equipment. I am impressed.

The Examinations were not thorough or efficient. Dr. Chaney did not do enough looking to see I need bifocals, she gave me glasses for nearsighted and i needed both. They told me I didn't need bifocals. Dummies, I've never had such service from these kind of establishments. Only after getting a second examination and a request for bifocals did she get them for me. And she still didn't do a thorough job, they are good enough for now but they do not fit each eyes need. Never coming back to this place...
