When my favorite eye care provider retired, I drifted around a bit, based on my limited options from insurance. Now that I go to Dr. Linda Sedlacek at Bella Eyecare - I am so glad to have continued service and from a company that truly cares. She takes her time and listens, her staff is great and I never feel like a number. She is also a great supporter of our community as well. Thank you so much!

After being forced to use Novus Clinic from my employer and not able to get a pair of glasses I can see with... I went back to my original optician... She is absolutely wonderful... I got 2 pair of glasses and see SO WELL! She wasn't guessing my sight! I've known her for years and I have NEVER been disappointed once.

I don't know who I spoke with, but the lady I spoke with was very rude. I called just to schedule a time to pick out my glasses, already have a prescription. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and sent to service twice. I don't mind waiting, but being told to hold and then not being able to speak with a person for 15 minutes just seems unacceptable.

Crystal was RUDE RUDE RUDE I hate leaving bad reviews but she ignored us and then asked "what do you need" that is not good customer service. All we needed was an adjustment of the tightness of screws. I cant believe she is one of the managers. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION Crystal is not a good employee of this company

I have taken 2 different Amish Ladies to get glasses. Both ladies at 2 different times, spent 4 hours at the vision place in Walmart. Ridiculous… very ridiculous

My puppy chewed some prescription glasses to oblivion and because I bought them online no one would help because they didn't sell the frames. They popped the lenses out and found a frame that would work with the lense! They saved me when no one would help. I went to four different places in town too! She was so nice and kind and I would recommend this place a million times! Thank you so much! 💓

Went for an exam since I was going to need glasses. The owner Christi and the doctor were both great. Very friendly and explained everything well. Before I had a chance to research my insurance they had it pulled up and gave me all my options. I was told 2-3 weeks to get my glasses and I was so happy when they were done in 1 week. Would highly recommend!!! Shop local!!!

I saw Dr. Tran, and she and everyone else were friendly, professional, prompt, and provided good care. In the past, the manager, Marissa, was very helpful with an insurance issue I had. Would recommend.
