Go here for your glasses! Dave and Chuck are fantastic! Dave thoroughly explained everything without rushing! I can't say enough good about streetsboro walmart vision center!! Best experience ever! Stay away from the ravenna Walmart location! Completely different experiences! Started at ravenna, that location is a joke. Went to streetsboro and was so happy for the excellent service!!

I have been to Walmart eye center 5 years ago to now.I have never had an issue with service ect. The Dr's and staff ate friendly, nice respectful people.Ive gotten 3 new pare of glasses in the 5 years I've been going here. I'm about to schedule another appointment for my yearly eye exam.

*** Amended! Demi, the store manager, called me right away. She came in this morning just to let me pick up my glasses. Great customer service. Thanks so much! I just had a very frustrating experience at the Streetsboro location. I was notified yesterday, Thursday, June 29, that my glasses were ready for pick up. She said the store would be open that day and Friday, June 30, until 4:00 pm, and then closed until Wednesday, July 5, due to the holiday. Since I am struggling a bit with my old glasses and have plans this weekend, I was eager to get my new ones as soon as possible, so I said I would come Thursday or Friday. I looked up the website to recall the address and saw the hours listed as open until 7:00 pm (which would have been much more convenient!), so I called back for clarification. She said no, the summer hours were shorter, that 4:00 is correct. I am disabled and not currently able to drive, so I have to depend on my boyfriend to take me when he’s available, which he was not on Thursday. On Friday we had a commitment until 2:00 pm, but I knew we had until 4:00, so no problem, right? We get there at 3:02 pm – and there’s a sign on the door that says, “We closed at 3:00 today, sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great holiday weekend!” No cars in the lot, pitch black in the store, no signs of life (which makes me doubt they even stayed until 3). I had just confirmed the hours the day before! So I planned my day, inconvenienced my boyfriend, expected to have my new glasses for my weekend activities – and now have to do it all again on Wednesday! Lousy customer service. If I hadn’t paid half already, I’d have canceled the order. Not cool, folks, not cool at all.

Have been seeing Dr Pete Schmid for years. Always provide excellent care. I appreciate him listening and helping me through concerns. The staff at Clear Visions Streetsboro provide excellent service.

First time patient here! Had a great experience. Everyone was quick but efficient! The staff took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the appointment. I will definitely come back for my yearly appointments and recommend this place to friends/family.

Gift to our community, that's what this office turned out to be! Busy place too. The intake person was a bit brisk (Not RUDE), but the doctor was GREAT and answered all my questions. Just a really lovely person and NOT my usual experience with doctors. And person who processed the end of my appt also was very thorough and kind. Even the new prescription was picked up at the end of the waiting room was just lovely and answered my questions about getting glasses even though I didn't choose to buy them there. Give yourself the gift of this place and DO NOT WAIT -------- the glasses place specified the problem over FIVE YRS AGO and I've put it off due to fear and being overwhelmed, today finding out IT WAS NO ISSUE for me to deal with other than with drops. I HATE I waited so long. DO NOT WAIT, if you're reading this. Just go.

Love Dr. Montesanti but his office staff can be rude and they always overbook. My appointment time was for 7:45 but I didn’t get back to a room until about 8:30 to see the doctor. They dilated my eyes around 8 (and others) then put us back in the waiting room where it’s bright. It was fine at first but after awhile it’s too bright. Besides that they have my medications all wrong after going through them with the girl that took me back. It’s always a fight to get them to schedule me every 6 months for a eye check due to a medical issue which is required by another doctor. They insist it’s only once a year. I’m probably leaving this practice. They are disorganized, seem to try to rush the patients through without having a room for them, and don’t listen to what you are telling them. Again love the doctor but it’s time to find someone else.

I was so grateful they could get me in immediately when I had scary symptoms with one eye. Dr. Montesanti was very thorough with his examination and explained everything to me. I was fortunate it was nothing requiring surgery and now I know I can call ECVA any time 24/7. We usually go to the ECVA Williamsville office (Dr. Hammersmith) but they got me in at Niagara Falls where a doctor was on duty. I highly recommend both offices for great doctors and staff!
