The young lady that helped me with my glasses did a wonderful job of making them fit. Got it right the first time. Have been using east Vancouver eye for many years and can’t say enough about how much they care and know what they’re doing.

Initially was referred to get LASIK at a different provider in the Indiana area however after speaking with TLC staff I was so much more impressed and comfortable with their group. First had an online consult and was schedule the next week for an in person consult and procedure the same day. Everything went as smooth as you could possibly imagine. The staff was thorough in their explanation of everything and I never felt pressured or pushed to proceed with LASIK. I felt the staff at TLC were genuinely excited to walk the LASIK journey with me. I couldn’t recommend TLC Laser Eye Centers more!

I needed a nose pad replaced on a pair of frames that weren’t from this eye dr., just an online pair, but they were very helpful and Diana had be drop off my frames and pick them a couple days later with a replacement nose pad. She even helped adjust the frames to fit better. I so appreciate the kind and professional service.

Love this team and the Westlake facility. Dr. Pendergast has been my doctor for the last ten years. While some of the procedures I have needed are not fun he makes me feel comfortable and the results have been great.

Gave me steroids. I told staff I couldn't take them. He gave me eight injections. I'm sicker the a dog and in alot of pain. I assume he didn't read the notes saying I couldn't take them because I'm a diabetic. Just hope I live thru it. Not sure at this point. Go somewhere else.

I take both of my daughters here for glasses (ages 1 & 3.) The staff here always takes their time with the girls and gives me the information necessary to make an informed decision. Highly recommend Plymouth Opticians!
