Dr.Turtle has always done an excellent job helping me with my very thick lenses. The other professionals in the office are top quality and helped me through vision issues post surgery. They even did a better job with my prescription than my cateract doctor.

Excellent service start to finish. Optomotrist explained what was happening at each step. Explained what was found and what it meant.
Manager walked me through my options and made sure I got the best value in my choice of glasses.
Very professional service for this visit.

All of the staff were polite and helpful. Dr.Mark Morreale was very knowledgeable and nice. The whole appointment was very quick and a wonderful experience.

The eye exam was great and everything went well with that. I was told then that my insurance didn’t cover my frames even though my health insurance app AND LensCrafters says it did. So I had to go somewhere else for glasses. I was told that sometimes they don’t get updated. Oh okay.

I’ve been meaning to write this. I have been a customer here for years and typically only visit the location on the Blvd. I was lucky to have stopped by this location, to have been met with a familiar face named Sofia. The service she provided was superb. Of course I was in because my son broke his glasses. She had full knowledge of the inventory and knew there was an exact pair in the back. She was able to recruit the other associate to assist me while she greeted other customers. This is certainly my new favorite location as the selection and customer service is the best!

I've been going to Sterling Optical for several years now to get my glasses and prescription filled and had been happy with their services up until now. I went to them back on December 27, 2022 for an eye exam and new glasses and it's been over three weeks now and counting and I still have not received them. I called the day before yesterday and spoke to Emily and was told that part of the order was in but the other part, was not. She said that she would call them to see what the status of them were and then call me back and I have heard nothing from her since. They have reduced business hours at this location and I don't know if they are having a labor shortage or what, but as a customer I feel that efficient service and open and dedicated communication goes a long way to keeping customers that you do business with. I was also told when I called to make that appointment with them that I wanted to be billed and have it on my insurance for the 2022 calendar year so if I need to get another prescription and glasses that would be covered for 2023 that there would be no problem. So far I'm thinking now that what I was told will not come to pass. Call me hopeful but very disappointed ....

The selection is fair, but the staff is outstanding. My father and I dealt with a gentleman named Constantine, and he was the perfect employee. He was honest with his comments about the glasses we were trying on, he made very thoughtful suggestions, and answered any questions we had. It was easy to tell how knowledable and important he was to sterling, but the rest of the staff was great to. Would definitely recommend!
