The best optical place and staff (Deanna, Jeanine & Sharon) I've dealt with in a long time. I'm one of the rare few that cannot wear plastic lenses of any kind, I've tried. These glass lenses (progressive photogrey) are the best optical view for me. The frames are a perfect fit. First time ever that my cheeks don't touch the bottom of the frames when smiling & my eyebrows don't touch the top inside corners of the lenses by the bridge. I highly recommend this optical place.

Waited over an hour to get into a room, The woman who took me to the room gave me an attitude when I asked how much longer it would be. Rude staff and very slow time to find a new place who appreciates my time.

I called to say I would miss my appointment and receptionist would not let me to reschedule. I asked why and she said that I confirmed my appointment two days earlier and I said I would be there. I explained I had run into a problem at home. She said to to find another Dr. Another note… My husband saw Dr Longo a week earlier for an eye exam and when he got his glasses the prescription was so far off he had to get an another exam with the eyeglass center. The prescription was so different from theirs that they refunded him for his glasses and are giving him new ones.

Staff is wonderful, I called for an emergency appointment and they got me in the same day. Dr. Longo was great he was very efficient . I highly recommend this office.

Excellent. Had foreign object in eye, made appointment Monday morning, able to work me in that afternoon. Dr. Strickler did great, has a calm demeanor and a steady hand, perfect. Office was clean and orderly. Staff was nice.

Receptionist demanded that I select a race. Long wait in the waiting room, over 45 minutes. We can hear the loud conversations between staff in the back. Do not recommend.

Dr Strickler is excellent...a physician you can talk to and will respond in common sense terms not Dr. Lingo. His experience and skills are totally evident when he reviews your eye health. I strongly recommend Dr. Strickler for any vision needs.

I’ve been a patient here for 8 years. The service and staff here has always been the best. They always have a large supply of frames to choose from and almost always have an optician available to provide any tweaks and adjustments. I just recently began wearing over the ear hearing aids and the bows on my glasses were too thick I stopped into see if anything could be done and, lo and behold, she had thinner earpieces for my bows. Took her less than 5 minutes and now my glasses fit nicely with my hearing aids.
