My whole family sees Dr. Bruno. Our experience has been positive. All our questions have been answered and she has good “bedside manner”.

Dr. Soh has taken care of me for years now. She is witty and knowledgeable and gets you healed up properly. She knows what she is doing and will be sure your eyes get the best care. Her staff is the best and it's a pleasure to see them as well.

Value Vision is compared to an oasis in a desert. There were eye tests performed I had never experienced before. They are up on all the newest equipment and very efficient. The professionals performing the testing are patient beyond words and honest. Plus, they took my insurances that were able to cover all expenses. The waiting rooms are immaculate and the choice of frames is astounding if you want them. They are all nice people who work there and very accommodating. I highly recommend Value Vision in West Seneca, NY without any reservations!

As I am aging my vision is more important to me than ever. I really appreciate the wonderful care that I received from both Dr. Todd Gardner and Dr. Rebecca Polanski at Value Vision. At my annual eye checkup, Dr. Gardner did a careful exam of my eyes and recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Polanski at Value Vision for further testing. The tests were comfortable and indicated that it was time to treat my high eye pressures. I followed Dr. Polanski's advice and now my eye pressures are in the normal range.

All past reviews about the wait times and inconsiderate customer care are spot on. We”ve had the same experience repeatedly for several years. The last straw was making my elderly mother wait two hours before she got disgusted and rescheduled. Then when she showed up for the rescheduled appointment, they had no record of it and not the least bit of concern for the matter.

If I could rate this place a minus 2 I would. A 1 is too good for them. They were recommended by Ellis Hospital after an emergency room visit. The first appointment I sat in the doctor's chair, not the waiting room, but the examining room for over 45 minutes before the doctor came in. OK things happen. They got grace that time. They scheduled a followup appointment for me. It was today at 11:00. I work over an hour away. I drove all the way out there to be told the doctor wasn't in and my appointment was at 2:00 pm. I had the appointment card with me. It was for 11:00 am. No notification, no nothing. Just a complete waste of my time, twice! So unprofessional. I wouldn't go back to this place is my eyeballs were literally falling out of my head. Be warned people. Find another eye doctor.

I've been going here since I was three years old. These are caring and excellent Doctors who always take their time with the patient (probably the reason for a small wait, if any) They know me here , which is comforting. They also go out of their way , I am sure, to make the "New Patient" feel comfortable! Five Stars. Excellent and Experienced Doctors , thorough exams and nice people.
