Great experience. My exam was very thorough. My consultant Nancy did an incredible job helping me pick out frames that were both comfortable and fashionable. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Loved my first and second visit here. Dr. Kipp was pleasantly quirky in a great way. So nice to have an eye exam from someone with a real personality. Bella, the Apprentice Optician was absolutely wonderful. She helped pick my frames and I absolutely love them. Today, she assisted with the fitting. This place is not convenient in terms of where I live, but worth the extra drive time. It will be my go to until I leave Troy, NY.

Doctor Kipp is the BEST. I have a lot of anxiety regarding my eyes and he distracts me from freaking out by just talking about anything and everything. Morgan helped me out with picking out my frames because I’m super indecisive and I’m very happy with the choice! They’re great here, will definitely be going back!

The store faces the road, not the parking lot. On the other side of the building from loft and Buffalo wild wings. Call for hours as I am only there 4 days now.

The establishment provided a mixed experience during my most recent visit, which caused me to consider various things that stuck out, both favorably and unfavorably. One issue was the length of time Gladys, the person in charge of handling my glasses request, took to handle my requirements. Although I recognize that every task demands diligence, it seemed as though her conversations with others and use of her phone added to the wait time. This led to concerns about how to strike a balance between immediately reacting to clients and having personal discussions or handling phone-related activities. Given the circumstances, I couldn't help but wonder if splitting the workload with Jonithin could prove to be a more effective strategy, especially in light of worries over Gladys' processing speed. Also mentioned in conversations among guests was Gladys' lack of the required optometrist license. Even though I am unable to independently confirm this assertion, it raises serious concerns about the expertise of the staff who handle urgent requests. Credential transparency is essential to maintaining clients' trust in the services offered. Nevertheless, despite my qualms, I feel it's important to highlight one exceptional aspect of the place: the restrooms. The restroom experience really above my expectations, taking me to a world of luxury that might compete with a 7-star hotel. The decor and atmosphere left a lasting impact because to the excellent attention to detail. Notably, the soft scent that filled the restroom was reminiscent of the sweet and energizing scent of newly bloomed flowers. This olfactory improvement gave it a special touch. As I think back on my trip, I realize how important it is to acknowledge both the good and bad. Therefore, the outstanding quality of the restroom facilities is what essentially determines my ranking of five stars. But the issues I brought up—concerning effectiveness, staff credentials, and customer service—merit consideration for upcoming improvements. I'm hoping that this feedback will help the business continue to enhance the overall consumer experience.

Prices inflated, customer service not the best, lady is always in a rush and don’t even show up what she is charging you for. I paid for 2 pairs of glasses using my own frame from them last year more than I paid for the 2 pairs and contact lenses for my daughter.

They aren't friendly towards children with disabilities. I have an autistic toddler who isn't able to sit for more than a minute so she can not help but run all over the place. Some of the staff were insensitive after I explained her condition. They kept looking at her like as if she was a nuisance. I sat near her the whole time ensuring that she wouldn't touch anything within the facility that may break or had to be replaced. A male staff member even tried to tell her to sit after I explained to him that she is non verbal and can not understand commands. Not only are the eye glasses expensive but its been over two weeks and the glasses still aren't ready. Never again!!

Dr. Contento is an amazing optometrist. Not only is he gentle, he has an extensive knowledge of the eye and his bedside manner is impeccable. I had a stye treated here and I got seen immediately. I got relief in my eye and proper care. Also, this location is cute and very clean. They have all the equipment necessary to examine the eyes. The staff at the front are sweet and polite and will get you seen right away. This is the only place I’ll ever go for my eyes. Thank you, Eye Care Unlimited and many thanks to Dr. Contento!!

I have used many Optometrists in the past, however Eye Care Unlimited is without question the best. Dr. Contento is great. He keeps historical records of your visits and has the most advanced technology. The customer service at Eye Care Unlimited is fabulous. Eye Care Unlimited also has the most fashionable eye glasses and contacts.

Everyone here was so polite and professional. My appointment was fairly quick and everything was done with ease. I didn't purchase glasses, as I ran out of time and had to return to work, but they did appear to have a nice selection of frames. Intend to return soon.

Professional...fast...fun. Ophthalmologist made an effort to explain to me what the results of the various eye-tests she performed meant (and in easy to understand terms). We may not have agreed on who would make a better President, but we saw eye to eye on everything else. Having grown up in this Morris Park Ave area it is always wonderful to find like-minded professional, caring people. And again, everyone in that office knew what they were doing...worked fast, and had great consideration (empathy) for the patient (me). Thank You! and highly (Highly) Recommended.
