Wonderful eye doctors and assistant. Very kind and informative!!!

I have been a patient of the practice for many years now, and have always had a very positive experience. Dr. Longo has been on top of any issues I’ve had, answers any questions, and explains clearly the plan to resolve them. Dr. Strickler performed cataract surgery on me a couple of years ago. At the initial meeting, he patiently answered all my questions (I had two pages of them), and the surgery itself went off without a hitch. The professional and administrative support staff are always helpful and friendly. Sarah - the receptionist - was able to work with the eye surgical center to get my cataract surgery scheduled at a time that was advantageous to me. I recommend the practice.

This office sent a 'no-show' bill for an appointment scheduled 1 yr ago... with no follow-up. When called, their staff continually interrupted me as I tried to correct their claims that they spoke with me prior to the visit. They did not. Eventually when asked to stop interrupting me they hung-up !? This is a criminal billing practice, and the worst customer experience I've ever had with any organization. I will let my Primary Care Physician and my insurance company of this horrible experience.

Doctor Kessler has been my ophthalmologist for twenty great years. She recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes -- I can see better than I have in years -- she gets an A+++ from me -- I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent eye doctor.

Susan Kessler MD is simply AMAZING! Went to my MD with complaints of a lasting headache. Was sent to Dr Kessler. After several tests showed my optic nerves were inflamed. She ordered an MRI of my brain and contacted a Neuro-Surgeon for an appointment. Was not contacted by his staff. so Dr Kessler's staff got on it called and made the appointment. MRI shows fluid in my optic nerves and brain. Waiting on next steps to see if this can be taken care of. I just can't speak any higher praise then Dr Kessler and her staff are simply AMAZING. I appreciate them whole-heartedly. Thank Dr Kessler and your staff

Fantastic, superbly trained, skilled and caring Ophthalmologist who does the very best for her patients. It is rare to find a physician who pays so much attention to how patients feel and what their needs are. I would recommend highly!

Dr Lemanski is the absolute best eye doctor! She treated my son for keretaconus and saw him after hours and fit him in quickly for surgery, knowing his sight was deteriorating somewhat rapidly. She is caring and professional. Because of this she is now my eye doctor and I could not be happier!

I called to make appointment in 2020 and was told to make multiple appointments for the same eye exam. The lady was rude and refused to make an appointment. And now I find out that I cannot make an appointment with them at all. In general they have too many rules and long wait times to make simple appointments. Save yourself the headache.

Devon did an outstanding job helping me choose frames for sunglasses and regular glasses. He also navigated offers/coupons to figure out the least expensive route since I don't have vision insurance. Very helpful and pleasant. I also think highly of Dr. Mogavero.

My experience was great overall….very friendly staff and doctors. They aim to please and my kids loved their experience there also. Went to Visionworks second time to correct my glasses, very friendly staff and my issue with my glasses was fixed by Devon. He was very helpful and understood my needs…
