I have been going to Dr Falk for over a decade and credit her with saving my eyesight. She is very thorough, gentle and considerate. In my opinion, the best!

Dr. Falk is patient and kind. She has been giving me eye injections and it is uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Told me to take drops for dry eyes. Went to a another eye Doctor one week later. Told I have high eye pressure and advanced eye damage. Not a Doctor to trust.

Dr Robinson had very little personality and did not communicate very clearly what was going to be done during the cataract surgery. His nurse was made aware of my husband's TBI but if this was communicated to the Dr, he did not take this into consideration when talking to my husband, who has trouble understanding when being given a lot of information. When talking to the staff in the office on the phone, the woman was very short with my husband, until she realized that the mistake we were questioning was on their part. We got a very uncomfortable feeling from all of this and ended up cancelling the surgery.

My wife and I feel fortunate to be patients of Dr. Kamath. He is highly professional and caring. Excellent choice if you are looking for a top notch eye doctor in the Albany area.

While Dr. Kamath is an excellent doctor, his office staff is most difficult to deal with and does not do justice to his otherwise fine work. I have left his practice for this reason.

He is a good doctor, but one staff member is just awful. If you want to roll the dice and be treated badly by front office staff, this is your place.

If you have a plan that offers a free set of glasses annually, I would not recommend going to this place. The front desk staff started off nice but became unwelcoming and dismissive as soon as they found out we wanted to use our plan for the free glasses. If they had been more courteous, we might have considered purchasing an extra set of glasses. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing.

I'm a 59 year old man with extreme nearsightedness. I've been to many many optometrists in my long life. Hughes is so helpful with everything about my glasses and contacts. It's by far the best place I've been since I was a child growing up in rural Michigan. I love how much it feels like my old hometown place because they are so friendly and helpful. And they also have a really large selection like the big places so you get the best of both worlds!

I was disappointed when I saw the one star review that I felt obligated to write my own review. Although I have only been to see Dr. Devore once, my visit was lovely. Everyone I saw and worked with was kind and courteous. Dr. Devore answered all my questions and addressed all my eye care needs. I will be making my next appointment today.
