I have been coming to this office for decades because the entire staff ihas always worked well together to create a comfortable and stress-free environment. The optometrists really know their field and are consistently calming and patient with answering all of my questions. One can tell they keep up with current knowledge and practices but they never come across as condescending or arrogant. My children also truly enjoy their visits with Doctor Shafran.

Dr. Warren exceeded my Lasik expectations. I appreciate Dr.Warren straightforwardness. I went from being almost legally blind to being able to see 20/20. Pricing was great, the procedure was quick and painless, recovery was easy. I would 100% recommend Dr.Warren at Fort Worth Lasik Vision Center. Cathy was also great during the registration process!

I’m old & I want efficiency. This group recognized immediately I did not want small talk. They moved me quickly into 3 eye precautionary exams within 10 mins. This Lens Crafters is fantastic. I recommend highly. Professionals, no hard sales for the glasses. This group is here to help. Great culture.

All the staff are both welcoming and professional. Dr De Mill is very thorough, and detailed in his explanation of the procedures I was having. Almost as important as that, he has a charming and witty personality.

Dawn is so on top of things. Checks everything while asking questions and explaining what is happening. She so thorough. Makes you feel comfortable. Patient in answering your questions. Highly recommend her.

Waiting time is too long. If you are retired and have nothing else than waiting to see the Dr., it is the right place. Dr. told me that driving is OK after pupil dilation, it is not the case at all

Dr. Richheimer is incredibly professional and talented. He explained everything in detail, reassured me and assuaged my fears prior to the procedure. I had fairly extensive traumatic cataracts in both eyes (from numerous bike and car accidents). He spent far longer than usual working on my eyes, but I never felt a thing and had a smooth recovery with an instant change in vision. The main challenge was feeling blind in one eye while waiting to get the next one done. I highly recommend Dr. Richheimer to anyone considering this surgery. I was terrified at first, but it’s been a life changing and painless experience.

Worst pair of glasses I have ever purchased. I bought a pair of Ray Ban RB 3663 aviator glasses with crystal glass lenses from them at their price of over $200, I purchased their premier prescription lenses bringing the total cost over $800. It took 6 weeks to get my glasses, the Ray Ban lenses were not in the case, I asked for them and was told they threw them in the trash???? Right! The lenses they sold me fell out of the frames, the screw that holds the lenses in fell out? I got a snippy service gal telling me I had to pay more money to fix them under warranty, had them less than 5 months. Don’t waste your money at Helms! I am going on EBAY to try to buy my Ray Ban lenses back, it was the best part of the glasses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shemna. She’s very thorough and is always accommodating. Highly recommend.

The staff and the Doctor were amazing with my daughter at her first eye exam! She was nervous about needing glasses and they were so great to get the entire way through the process! My only frustration is that I had forgotten my card and let them know I would be back there next day (Friday) to order the glasses, they said ok and when I did come by the next day the office was closed. It was a normal day off for the office and they didn't get let me know.
