Excellent staff and service. Very professional and very high tech. Extremely pleased as this is my second visit with this establishment highly recommended. Louise was exceptionally great during the exam.

I'm not sure what the business hours are since they are always closed according to their phone prompts. I have called different hours on different days and I am yet to get ahold of anyone. I left 5 voice messages and did get 1 missed call with a voice message returning my first call... then I just never heard from anyone again. I got a bill for my services, at this point I'm so frustrated that I was even willing to go online and pay and then the system tells me I am not a patient there. I'm so confused! I will say, the doctor I saw really knew his stuff and made me feel confident on my eye exam results; however, everything else from registering to trying to get ahold of someone is just downhill. I should have known better when it originally took them about a week to get back to my original appointment request. Honestly, all of this trouble is not even worth going there for services.

Easier to get an appointment with the Pope. Waited 3 months for an appointment, then got rescheduled for another two weeks, then when I arrived to the office they told me the doctor is not available and he can see me in another 3 months. This place is a joke. After eventually having a visit I was charged additional $20 to have the eye glasses prescription printed.
