Referred to Dr.Sherwood. 1st visit assistant forgot to put drops to dialate eyes causing an hour delay. Decided she just made a mistake. 2nd follow up visit 10/4/18 seen by assistant who dialat ed d one eye and was left sitting for one hour 45 minutes with no explanation. Three assistants in break room I asked when I would be seen said it would be another hour. No excuse for a two hour 45 minute delay to see doctor. Should be given choice to reschedule.
