The staff (Micah, Aaron & Cayden) went over Ave above my expectations. They even helped me save some money through my insurance. And they were very nice and had a good sense of humor. Dr. Constants was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand that getting a reader & progressive were a good option for me. I had been thinking of doing this but wasn't sure of the benefits in my situation.

A wonderful experience was the way I would describe the first eye examination I’ve ever had. A very welcoming staff greeted me. Aaron, Sonya, and Micah. Micah performed the preliminary tests and explained what they were all for. Almost immediately I was seen by Dr. Mei for the examination. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this office for anyone interested in establishing a relationship for their eye health needs.

Had my first eye exam in the last 5 years today at Eye Associates Round Rock. I was greeted with professionalism and introduced to a new member of the team - Sonya. Sonya was very kind and even gave me a compliment that made me smile. Micah completed the first portion of my exam and was very diligent in cleaning/disinfecting the equipment as well as explaining in detail each test that he was performing. I then saw Dr. Choe who took so much time with me, explaining my test results, and performing my eye exam. From beginning to end, everyone was very professional. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with an eye exam and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need. Special recognition to the office manager, Micah, for scheduling my appointment on such short notice. I appreciated being fit in before my upcoming vacation. 5 Star Experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
