Nice friendly atmosphere. Dr. Coleen Fischman was knowledgeable and very thorough. Very good optician. However, it was not easy making my appointment. The young lady kept telling me they could not find information regarding my insurance. I assured them I had it. Was paying for it every month. Called my insurance provider, they told me I was active for sure. Called back, she said my ID number was typed in wrong, but they found my information. I know you all are in a hurry, very busy, but I think who ever is making the appointment should slow down and pay attention to what they are doing, and stay focused on their duties.

Could not have asked for better! The staff was nice and professional. The doctor even took the time to provide a verbal, detailed description of everything she saw going on with my eyes. The facility was immaculate. It’s nice to feel the concern and not be treated like another number! Thanks Doc and staff! I will be back next year!
