Had an eye issue (stye) and needed a last minute appointment on a weekend. Called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get in early on Saturday no issues. In and out in 20 minutes, Dr. Tubbs and his team were super efficient. He gave me good advice on keeping the eye lid clean and cared for, and even gave me some free sample lid cleaners. Overall would recommend this office, especially for evening or weekend appointments.

Your front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. In particular, I would like to recognize Linda for helping me y friend with insurance concerns. She went the extra mile. Also funnily enough we forgot to pay before walking out the door. Linda called and was very understanding, and took the payment over the phone. We really appreciate her.

1st visit at Master Eye Associates. It’s located on the East side of Brodie in the shopping center next to VisionWorks. Plenty of parking, as it’s a shopping center. The office staff Joseph & Linda, whom assists Dr. Tubbs pleasantly greeted me as I checked in, made filing with insurance and copay understandable. Scheduling the initial appointment was even more seamless, as they were patience. The location is clean, uncluttered. I was comfortable because all three were friendly & compassionate… even for a simple visit. Thank you, I appreciated it ☺️
