My family has gone there for over a 6 years, but reliability and customer service has gone down consistently since the pandemic. Last year they messed up my husband's glasses with the wrong measurements and this year they got mine wrong. I was told a rush would be put on them and it would be another 1-2 weeks to get them-very apologetic. Last week I called on Thursday (2 weeks in) and they said by the end of the week I'd have them. Today (Tuesday of week 3) I called and I was told it would be at least another week. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Two Stars because the Doctor was friendly, will update if it turns out to be the wrong script vs. measurements.

Customer service is freaking awful, i’ve called 4 times to order my contacts which i desperately need for school and every single time they’ve said they’ll call me back and never did. Even when I went to the office for the appointment all the receptionists seemed so uninterested in their job and lazy. Multiple of them kept yawning within the couple minutes we were waiting for the optometrist. The optometrist was lovely but the service here is awful. I still didn’t order my contacts because of how bad the customer service is.

The careful examination resulting in new lenses that definitely improve my vision every time I’m at Rosin calls for this 5-star rating.
