I've had such horrible customer service with Rosin Eye Care and it's really surprising. It seems like their customer service has gone down since 2020. The Schaumburg location is only open on Tuesdays which is horrible for anyone that works during the week. I have had several issues with getting my new glasses and contacts. The staff do not seem to be motivated to resolve anything within a timely fashion and were fairly unapologetic when I finally received my glasses almost two months after the order was placed. If you are looking for personable and timely service I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Never gone here before but I did today. Everyone was very kind and professional. The doctor was quite patient and also very understanding to any questions I had. The staff was also very helpful & helped me understand anything during checkout .
