Came in to this location to see Dr. Mastman As I had something in my eye. He numbed my eye and was able to quickly remove the foreign object from my eye. He did give me a stern look when I told him that I waited 2 days to go in C; Long story short, Dr. Mastman took me in on a moment’s notice and took really good care of me!! 10 stars!!! The office is also very nice on the inside with lots of seating

This office is very efficient and professional. I was called in at my scheduled appointment time with the Optometrist I’ve seen for years! She reviewed my health history and efficiently completed the eye exam and prescription. She walked me over to the eye glass area to pay for my contacts and shop for new eye glasses. The employee was experienced and very helpful with the selection process. She then walked me over to schedule a follow-up appointment. I will continue to go to this Spectrum branch for its efficiency, personable/skilled doctor, professional staff, outstanding eye glass selection and help!

There're really good optometrists at this location. This is the only reason why I can give it 2 stars instead of just 1. The lenses shop service is just awful, unfortunately. We ordered new glasses for my wife there more than 2 month ago. And the glasses still are not ready. Even worse, they don't bother theirselves with providing us with updates about the order – we had to walk-in and ask about what is going on. Neither we managed to to ask them by phone – they don't respond to phone calls and never call back. Nether they answer to requests left via their official form on their website. It is just total silence from their side and a disregard of customers. I definitely would not recommend.
