I personally would avoid using this place as to me this clearly a practice that’s more concerned with profiting off their patients than actually providing good eye care. I recently had two appointments for a first time eye exam followed by a contacts insertion/removal “instructional” appointment. The instruction consisted of someone watching me try to insert my own contacts, followed by their advance for me to “watch YouTube videos next time”, and then charging me $100 for the instruction. I also still haven’t received the prescription from my eye exam as they probably want me to stop in and buy glasses from their sales display that they were so eagerly trying to convince me to buy. The staff is nice and friendly but to me the issue is they have sales goals that don’t align with good faith eye care. If you need a quick, convenient eye exam, use this place. If you want actual eye care, I’d prefer going elsewhere.

Great experience overall: awesome location, clean and modern shop, knowledgable and trustworthy staff and most of all, a spot on selection of designer frames. The eye exam with the tech and Dr. Clermont was excellent. MICHEL took care of me while shopping for frames and she made unique selections based on my style. She made the process so easy and I loved every single suggestion she made that it was hard to choose. Received my frames in record time and pick up was seamless. Will be back in the future! Highly recommend grabbing a pair of Rx sunglasses as well, they’re a game changer!

Last minute accommodation for my eye exam with glasses/contacts at the fabulous Wicker park location. What an awesome experience. I was greeted by Nicky with a smile and professionalism to begin my exam. Then very efficient and comprehensive exam with Dr. Claremont. Taylor helped me select my fabulous new frames, which were the least expensive of my batch but nonetheless fabulous. I really needed my glasses due to the loss of my current pair. Michelle stopped everything to get my glasses ready within 30 minutes. The customer service and team here in Wicker Park is exceptional!!! Thank you!!!!
