I arrived at 3:19 for a 3:30 appointment. When I arrived there was 9 people waiting, usually there is only 3 so they obviously overbooked. I asked the receptionist if they were running behind and she told me yes. I asked if the appointment would take more than an hour because I had someone picking me up. She told me "probably, anyway your procedure takes over an hour." I told her it doesn't but she insisted it does. I told her I had been to this appointment several times and it never took over an hour to dilute my pupils. She kept insisting it did. I find it rude and disrespectful that she lied and argued with me. A waste of my time.

I've been a patient at this place since middle school, and I'm now 27. Their office has consistently delivered exceptional service, from the doctors to the staff. They offer thorough eye examinations and a wide variety of eyeglasses. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!

I’ve been going here for years for my normal eye exams check ups and both contacts and glasses and I have never ever EVER had a bad experience with the crew that’s been working here. They have a great combination of professionalism and attention to detail that they make you feel great after you’re visit I would recommend them any day and this is coming from a person who has worked in the field of ophthalmology and knows how it all works behind the scenes.

I just recently started wearing glasses and staff helped make the transition into eyewear as smooth as possible! They were even able to help fix my frames without damaging them at all! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for glasses!

Dr. Manzo performed an eye exam on me and was really nice and communicative. I previously went to another place to order my glasses and it was a waste of my money, but the glasses she prescribed are more than perfect! Also the lady at the optical store (Katherine) was great!

Dr. Melissa Manzo is a positive person and is very professional. She always gives clear explanations and cares for her patients. Front desk is helpful and kind. Amazing service!!!

They pressured me into doing eye surgery. The front desk staff said it’s FULLY covered by my insurance. 1 week later - they are billing me for it and saying I shouldn’t have listened to the people at the front desk. Billing department has been ignoring calls and haven’t followed up after numerous attempts at contacting them. UPDATE: their “risk management” emailed me to say that I forfeited any right to refuse payment because I paid the co-pays for the surgery = $210. They are charging me for over $500 + interest. Apparently, when the front desk tells you that you don’t owe anything, you aren’t supposed to believe them! They make you sign the forms that you agree to pay any leftover balance AFTER they put the eye drops in that blue your vision so you can’t read the fine print. Truly the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any medical professional.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment and nobody answer. And they give you an option where you can leave your number and they will call you back but they have not reach out. Terrible service

Spent the weekend in the ER for an eye infection and Monday morning @ 8am, I called and left a VM. The front desk staff called me as soon as they opened, booked me an appt 1 hr later and got in & out. Drops/medication called into my pharmacy and booked a follow up visit all by 12pm. Nurse was amazing and super helpful as well. We saw Dr. Tortorici, OF and he was very nice and knowledgeable; he did a thorough exam on my eye.
