I don't like the fact that you can not be seen on the same day. Medical issues suddenly arise and cannot be planned. So the fact that they wanted me to make an appointment as early as 4 days later is ridiculous. If im calling Is because I need to be seen. They should be able to have some form of accommodating patients based on medical need, instead of saying appointment only. Nobody wants to be seen 4 days later when the presenting problem is now.

We were given an appointment for 9am and the doors are not open. This is the third time this has occurred. There is no excuse good enough for not being punctual when someone has their health on the line. I will never allow my aunt to be abused in this fashion ever again. And to top it off, no one answers the phone. Not even an answering machine or an answering service is detected. Horrible business ethics.

The worst services, starting from the doctors and the front desk stuff. If you need contact lenses will take for ever to arrive to the offices

A few weeks ago I had a bad corneal abrasion Saturday night into Sunday morning and had to see someone asap, and luckily she was available Sunday. She was so nice and caring and really wanted to help, and even messaged me the next day to see how I am doing. 100% recommend!!

Dr. Youngewirth is an excellent and caring optometrist who is truly passionate about helping her patients' vision. She is also very knowledgeable of the industry and is "spectacular" (pun intended) at what she does.

Dr.Youngewirth is very professional and gives personal attention. She has a wide variety of modern in style glasses to choose from. I would highly recommend seeing her for your thorough eye exam and glasses.

I got my surgery 4 and half years ago, I had an awesome quick recovery and experience. I was seeing perfect immediately after, and I held off for the review until a few years after my surgery. I can happily say I still see perfectly, just recently stopped into the office for a check up, I’m close to the 5 year mark and my eyes are perfect. I do have a little sensitivity to sunlight and my eyes do get dry from staring at the computer too long, but nothing sunglasses and eye drops can’t fix. I fully recommend Dr. Dello Russo!

At first, I heard the ad on the radio I was skeptic to see if anybody could help so I went to the Woodbridge New Jersey location to get my eye exam done. They recommended I go to the Bergenfield location for a consultation. Once in that location I received phenomenal phenomenal service, Jane and Yenny were nothing short of spectacular from the beginning to the ending. The process was seamless from going through insurance to answering all of my questions and scheduling the surgery and the follow up. Not many times can I say things went flawless but this certainly did. No longer am a skeptic, and I’m amazed at the results. Dr Heimmel is a man of few words but his work was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. And my follow up with the optometrist was amazing. Let’s say 6 stars not 5. The colors I am able to see are so bright :). Ps. I am 50 and did cataract surgery and it’s so far life changing. Thank You for being amazing to this practice.

I had my lasik done by Dr. Del Russo about 6 months ago and the results have been great! Dr. Del Russo did an amazing job with the consultation and the procedure. And the follow ups have been great!

First time going to Busby family eye care and what a great experience I had. My wife and daughter also went and everyone was so amazing to them as well. The doctor was super friendly and took his time explaining everything. Same thing with my wife and daughter. There was hardly no wait time, just filled out paperwork and was seen right after. The office staff made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. They are very personable and kind. They definitely hired a great team. They even remembered my name when I came to pick up my glasses. Great eye doctor and staff. Highly recommend!!! Oh and the glass pricing isn’t bad either. Very fair.

Started with this office March of 2022 as I was looking for an eye doctor for my 6 year old. Doctor Busby was excellent the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Decided to come back for my daughters yearly check up and my own. The office was clean, staff was incredible and the doctor answered all my questions about my daughter’s prescription. It is very difficult to find an optometrist who cares for pediatrics and one who really is deep involved in the care. Love this office and will continue to visit.
