My family had a very pleasant experience here. I was searching for a new eye doctor for my family. One that could see both adults and children. I was frustrated with my eye doc office and the service i received at the pediatric eye doc was horrible. So happy I found Dr Busby office. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor was extremely thorough with my daughters exam. Answered all my questions and concerns and was very patient and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed, I didnt have a long wait time like most offices where you make an appt and wait for hours. The office was clean, spacious and not crowded. And i loved that it was a one stop shop because we were able to select glasses too. They had a great selection of frames to choose from. Even booking my appointment was easy. The staff was attentive and accommodating and gave my daughter a nice gift after her appointment. I would highly recommend. My husband and I will be returning for our eye exams.

From making my appointment to the actual appointment, the customer service was great. The optometrist was so patient, thorough and kind. I did a full eye exam (for glasses & contacts) all in under 1 hour. The office itself is so clean and offers so many options for frames. Thank you to the staff for making my visit so pleasant and easy!

Very satisfied with this office. Dr. Radtke and her staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed here and will definitely be going back for my next eye exam.

This is a really good office to go to. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Dr. Crowley seems to be a great doctor. I just went in for a regular exam and it turns out that I had cataract. very confident to go in to have surgery. I was very comfortable.

I love coming to this office. Staff is great. This past visit I had a great chat with another patient about a condition, unrelated to ophthalmology, that we share. One of my favorite things about this practice is the diversity. It's the way I feel America is supposed to be and is, sadly, not always the case.

Recently was seen by a new female doctor, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was so nice and took time to talk to me and was very attentive to details (she even complimented my nails :)) she looked Indian descent. Very knowledgeable, took time to answer my questions, and even wanted to give me a free sample of the refresh-PF drops but didn't have any on the examination room I was in :(. She was professional but also down-to-earth, real cool doctor. Definitely a good experience and would come back because of her.

It's the 7th circle of hell in this place. I arrived early for my "appointment" to an already crowded waiting room, and they always have this weird system where you're supposed to write your name on some sticker and sit down. They take your co pay and then you wait FOREVER. Every time I've been here, you get called at LEAST a half hour after your appointment time. And when you ARE called, you're just taken into another waiting area for another 15 minutes! The total amount of time you're seen by a doctor is probably 10 minutes but you're in that miserable building for over 2 hours, for ROUTINE stuff! The doctors are nice enough, but honestly, it feels like a Soviet-era system where you're shuffled into a total of three waiting rooms and just herded around like you're livestock. I will hopefully never be back to this place, as they clearly haven't figured the system out, even after being in business for years. I also witnessed several arguments with employees, either in person, or over the phone, so either this place attracts a sort of angry clientele or the staff just messes up a lot.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I specifically asked the scheduler if masks were required and was told no. We were told upon arrival that the doctor would not see us without masks. So although we really like Silverstein we will not return. Time to get with the times.
