Rude receptionist, nothing hostile nor professional.

Needed a medical eye exam due to a health condition. The staff at EFL are very friendly and professional. The opthamologist recommended a change in medication dosage to reduce risk of retinal damage. I'm grateful for their attentive care, and will definitely return when I need a vision exam and new glasses.

The owner, Bobbie, was snotty and rude. They are not friendly and do not know how to work with children. She put a piece of paper in front of her mouth to talk badly of us bc my daughter is on Medicaid insurance. From the moment you walk in the door you have a bad experience. Not to mention they have very limited options anyway

1st off Dr. Handley was great.very attentive However the receptionist is i guess u would say designed or paid to rip off. I had an exam done on January 21st. As of today 2/3/2023 I still have no eyeglasses I have no contacts I paid $840 not to mention they charged a credit card fee of 59.00. Moreover this did not include the purchase of any eyeglasses I had my OWN frame. Futhermore my insurance just advised me that my fee was only 380.00. I have file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my insurance company. Beware of this vision company other reviews explain the same thing. I wished I had checked the reviews prior too.

The optometrist is very knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose me in one visit, i jumped from optometrist to optometrist for 10 years trying to figure out what was wrong with my eye. I went to her once and BOOM! I finally got my answer. Carlos has great customer service skills and is also very knowledgeable. Great atmosphere!! ❤️ I love it there. My son and I, only go to her
