I have been a patient here for Approx.the last 4 yrs now and I'm very very pleased with the all around service from all the staff including the Doctor everyone is very polite,courteous,patient and there is barely no wait time to get your appointment started the Dr.is so gentle very nice I enjoy going for my appointments nothing stressful about them at all.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. The front desk staff, the entire team, and the specialists provided outstanding service. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend this clinic.

Felt welcomed the minute I walked in. Staff was great, explained everything being done, and Dr.Ahn couldnt have been better.

Full-time employees make $15,000 to $21,500 annually? Shame on you. That is below the poverty level. Do better for your staff please, they will do better for you. After reading the reviews, definitely believe this is a big reason.

My experience with Dr Stiles is there is nothing more off-putting than going to the doctor and feeling like they are just whirring through their daily patient intake, treating everyone with as little humanity and personalisation as possible. Nobody likes to feel like a number on a sheet – especially when they are in such a vulnerable state regarding the state of their health. After having several glaucoma eye surgeries such as SLT, two trabeculectomies, a stent, cataract surgery and two revisions I lost more vision within the 5 year period than I had in the 30 years prior with therapeutic glaucoma drops. I would not recommend him for care.

I took my grandmother here to buy glasses, and Karla the girl who helped us was so nice and professional. We bonded over having matching last names, and, here I sat with her talking about where we were from. Not only did she provide the best customer service to my grandma but she treated us both very nice. My grandma and I both appreciate her taking her time to not only help us with our glasses order, but to talk to us too. We came to find out that she was actually the new manager at that store, and we can see why. If your're looking for a vision center this is it.

I haven't had an eye exam in over a year. I came in, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. It was definitely a comfortable atmosphere. I recommend before shopping around for eyewear, make this your first stop.

Staff are respectful and on time. Dr Rheeman is also great, seems very thorough in his exams and when reviewing medical history.

Dr. Salehi-Had is an excellent surgeon and retinal specialist -- he knows what he's doing, he works efficiently and empathetically and he fixed my retinal issues quickly. There is a wait, but that is because he is so good at what he does. Bring a book or your computer to make use of the wait time and you'll get to see one of the best doctors who has helped heal my me!

If I could rate this place a -0 I definitely would . The office Manager was rude and racist . She was unprovoked and purposely disconnected my call and when I called back and was intentionally ignored and call was purposely avoided several times . The Manager refused to listen to my concerns . I did not give consent to be billed and orders placed after and prior to being treated so badly. The office Manager refused to listen to my concerns and stated on her own she was placing an order . I tried several times to tell her I do not wish to be billed and I will take my business where it’s appreciated and I’m welcome as well as treated with dignity and respect. I will be in contact with the Medical Board and refuse to pay for what I did not give consent to authorize. The Manager took matters into her own hands and mad decisions for me . I have been working in the medical field for many years and this place is by far the worst I have ever seen . The Manager’s mentality was like a ghetto/thug on their worst day .*UPDATE !!! This response below 👇🏽 was false they never forwarded anything intentionally trying to hold me up for getting my glasses or contact out of retaliation because of this review.
