I have been a patient here for over 2 decades. In all that time I have always gotten the best in terms of my eye care. Every time I have an issue whether minor or major the issue has been handled with care and empathy. I highly recommend Dr. Gustafson and Dr. Viper for any of your eye care or needs. They are truly the best in the business.

Do not get your eye exams here. Unable to get a prescription a month after eye exams. We were asked to try out some different lenses. But now when I call back, I get a different excuse each time. Sometimes they have a new doctor. Sometimes they say they will send it and don’t follow through. The person who answers sometimes just hangs up if pressed for the prescription. Very frustrating!

The staff at Eden Prairie Eye Care are friendly, helpful, and competent! Dr. Chad is professional and thorough! Patricia handled purchasing and paperwork efficiently. It was a pleasant experience!

Dr. Heraiz is amazing! She is super thorough and has great patient care. She is detailed in her explanations. Billie and Thien were super friendly and also professional. I appreciate the excellence I received.

I was referred to dr. Watnick by Sterling vision and I was seen right away then a few months later I was assaulted in my face and he took me in right away I would recommend him to anyone

I had my eye done by dr. Watnick he seems to be very thorough I got hit in the face close to my eye and they brought me in right away

i have to get a whole new eye exam to try a new brand of contact lenses? lol. not worth the <$5 savings, when you can just go to Sams Club, 1-800-contacts, America’s Best, etc….. and the attitude of the girl working in the eye exam room is the primary reason i’m buying my contacts elsewhere. she was a dismissive schoolmarm enforcing absurd rules that she likely made up.

Updates:::::::Love Costco Eyeglasses. Never had a big issue. Been using them for years. Gary is a super nice guy and helpful. The girl is not that great, but tolerable. The money I save over other optical is awesome. UPDATE: 4-00-2022 - They must have a new member of their team, Ansela the most helpful person I have ever had in the eyeglass system (period). Gary has always been helpful too. Sometimes there busy, so what? I always save a ton of money. Update 4-00-23 - Kory is the latest newer member. Very helpful.

The people are extremely rude!! It seems like each employee has their own rules and policies that they follow. They are also very very slow so be prepared to spend at least an hour! The only good thing about the Costco optical is the cheap prices on the frames that's it.also verify that they take your insurance after one lady insisted they took my insurance I waited an hour picked out glasses only to find out what we don't accept your insurance, 10 minutes earlier I was told they did accept it then all of a sudden they didn't. I would pass when it comes to getting glasses I would never come here again!

Linda at the Optical at Walmart in Roseville provided the most excellent customer service! She helped my husband and I pick out glasses. She was so sweet, patient, informative, knew everything everything from top to bottom about the frames and lenses. This was by far our best experience in purchasing glasses. She thoroughly explained our insurance benefits and made sure we understood all the information provided. Linda went above and beyond in representing Walmart Optical. I would recommend this location for your vision needs. Linda was absolutely amazing. Let us not forget Dr Sarah who also provided the most comprehensive eye exam. Her customer service was also top notch. Dr Sarah was also patient and kind and made me feel comfortable in my eye exam in knowing my eye health was in excellent hands. Thank you both for your excellent care and service Anthony & Carol Rolfe
