Friendly staff and very professional! Dr. Lebus is excellent with children. My daughter has been going here since she was 4 years old. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lebus for any parent whose child has vision problems.

This 1 star goes to their online system only, can not say anything about the actual service. Exercise caution regarding the reliability of their system. It is recommended to proactively call back and confirm your scheduled appointment, even in the presence of a confirmation message stating, "Your appointment with Clarity Vision - Apex is scheduled!" It has been observed that, despite receiving such confirmation, individuals may discover that their information is not recorded in the system, implying that the online paperwork submitted has not been saved. Noteworthy is the absence of any follow-up\cancellation from their end, necessitating individuals to address the matter independently. Just be careful and double check with them via call before arrival.

Great place, great people. They do use equipment to take photos of your eyes rather than dialate them, and there are extra fees associated with it. They did not tell me about this and it was going to be an additional $39 per person and is not covered by insurance. They waived them for the first time because they didn't tell me. I had three family members there for appointments. They should have told me up front and given me the option. I may not return next year because it does not sound like you get the option. Dr. Fast was great!

If there was a way to give "0" or "negative" stars, that would definitely be my choice. I made an appointment here to get a new year's worth of contacts (upwards of $1000, mind you). When I called to make the appointment, I specifically requested Friday as that is my only day off through the week. I was offered a 1030 appointment and told them that the time offered did not work for me as I had already had an existing appointment for 1000. I was then offered 0800 and agreed. When I showed up to the office exactly at 0800, I was told that I was very early, as my appointment was scheduled for 1030!!! When I explained the phone call making the appointment, the lady at the desk said they would still take me this early as I was here. I completed the paperwork and the screening (taking out my existing contacts and doing the prescription test on my eyes and glasses). I was then directed to sit in the waiting room (in my glasses, which I do not like wearing for long periods of time). After about 30 minutes, I went to the desk to ask how long it would be, as I had an appointment at 1000 that I needed to get to, I was informed that they would be taking the OTHER 3 PATIENTS before me as my appointment was scheduled for 1030! When I informed the desk of the original agreement, I was informed that they did "not schedule new patients at 0800". I informed them that it was very unprofessional and walked out. I will NEVER utilize this doctor's office!!!

Been coming for yearssss since my children were small. Good Optometrist. LOVEE the office Manager Shakirah and techincians Yvette..and Mr. Stan whom has retired. I will agree the Licensed Optician can be...out of it (i guess). Sometimes wayyyy too talkative, brush off service and slow processing order. Other than this, Walmart Vision takes great care of my family. And yes, get your RX and buy contacts online to avoid all the store nuisances
