Do not waste your money, don't go here. Horrible customer service do not try to help the customer at all. Horrible product, my glasses were supposed to have all these anti-glare. All this stuff on them within 2 days. The lenses were falling out of the glasses due to falling. They got scratched and they're not willing to do anything for me even after it was their fault. Or the manufacturing of the glasses either way, it wasn't mine. Called up there to try to get a replacement pair. Willing to pay for them, and everything wasn't complaining about nothing. Even though they have my stuff on file They're not willing to make me another pair of glasses until I come there and pay for them upfront why would I pay if the new one do the same I want to see b4 I pay to make sure the new ones are good just save your self this stuff and just go anywhere else

The optometrist Saira and the rest of the staff were all so extremely kind and helpful, both during the appointment itself and after when I had to bring my glasses back for a replacement. Also, when I was struggling with the dizziness with my new prescription, they were lovely about answering my questions and making sure that they’d be available to help further if my eyes continued to struggle with the adjustment. Will definitely go back again and again while I’m living here.

Great Practice.....both physicians and everyone else is so nice and the office is well organized and managed! Wendy the lead Technician is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience from the time arrived until the time I left and the physicians (yes I have seen them both) are helping me tremendously with my issue!

The Physicians and Staff of Michigan Glaucoma & Cataract are excellent. They make me feel like a member of their family with every visit. The Office Administrator helped me understand the billing process and was real patient with me. I can't say enough good things!

Very disappointed with this company, I went to purchase frames only with my insurance coverage, when I went to pay for them I was told the full price of frames, when I said I have insurance they told me I have to buy lenses with the frames. I asked why I could buy frames with cash but not with insurance they told me the system will only sell frames and lenses with insurance. When I called corporate they confirmed that is there policy. Seems to me they are trying to rob people with insurance by charging for services not wanted. Eyeglass world lenses suck and they give me a headache, why should I be forced to look through lenses that are bothering my eyes. I pay for insurance to be able to have options but they have robbed me of my freedom. I say that because LensCrafters, optimum eyes and other eyeglass places sell frames only through insurance. They will never get my money by strong arming me. I suggest taking business to optimum eyes because they put their customers before profit

Love this place! They took care of my order (and me!) while I was having a panic attack! Went back today, same great care, excellent service, super helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Stephanie is a dear dear lady. I highly recommend.

I came in late near closing time which I felt bad about to fix my glasses. Natasha was helpful and fixed my glasses free of charge as well as my spare glasses with no hesitation. Very quick customer service and was very kind, quick, and efficient. Thank you so much!

Went on Friday at 5:00 to the Roseville location. The older women who work there were very nice and as helpful as can be. The younger people mostly just spoke to each other and sat in their chairs. The whole place was very dirty. Every pair of glass frames I picked up has someone else’s eyelashes or hairs somehow stuck in them. It was so gross. The doctor was in a rush and I was not offered any of the preliminary tests to check for glaucoma or other problems. It was not a good experience. the pricing is confusing not as advertised. This was a total waste of an hour on a Friday after work. Maybe give the employees more breaks or incentives to clean and deodorize the air. It smelled of sweaty body odor it was just so gross the whole experience. However the older ladies were super nice so no discredit to them.

Monique was very polite. She was patient and very customer oriented. Pleasant to work with. I hope she's at the Gratiot location next year when I come back

Had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in getting my eyes checked/looking for eye glasses. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, got checked in, looked and tried on glasses while I waited for my exam (which wasn’t long). Dr. Tocco was great and then Monique helped me with my glasses. Didn’t feel rushed, but also wasn’t waiting forever either.
