Dr. Duran did a very thorough check up and was very patient and knowledgeable. The receptionist is super nice and helpful. I first was greeted by Laura who did a preliminary check before the doctor. Laura treated me with the utmost professionalism and put me at ease. She set the tone for the rest of my exam.

Too fast of a visit, doesn’t spend much time with patient, wish could go back to Dr Lin

This place told me I needed to pay $2 to buy a mask from them b4 I could come in the store, and then told me that it's $130 for an eye exam! They're condescending and rude!

I have been waiting almost 5 weeks to get a prescription for contacts. First, we don't have a sample set for me. Then, it was, try them and see if u like them. They fit fine the first time. Third, the attendant couldn't tell by the worksheet what to order. Now, I've waited two weeks to hear from them to get an appt with the doctor to confirm what he ordered a month ago. Crickets. I can't believe this.

Dr. Degner has been my doctor for many years and I believe I receive the best care possible. I highly recommend Dr. Degner. His staff is also polite and a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I could not be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived Jackie and Sheila at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. Dr. Khanna and her assistant were thorough and answered all questions that I had. As a first time patient, I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care!

I had a great time getting my first pair of glasses here. Maria was a great help with the finances of everything, which was stressing me out beforehand. Valerie and Dr. Baker were a great help in actually getting my prescription. Also I really appreciate Tim and his help for the adjustments and a second opinion on choosing my frames. Overall great experience!

I have been seen by Retina Associates at this location twice and the Lenexa one once. Each time I came in, it was because my optometrist sent me and the Retina Associates office also insisted on it as "urgent" due to symptoms. It was very inconvenient for me to be there each time I went, but I did anyways because being able to see is quite important. Plus when they say "it can't wait til Monday", you listen! However, each time I was there and again explained the same symptoms to the actual doctor, I was treated with skepticism and a dismissive attitude, like "why are you even here". The 2nd time I was there they finally looked hard enough and found something... but only after my insistence that my optometrist saw something and would not have sent me for no reason. I don't generally give bad reviews and I try to give people grace, but three different visits with 2 different doctors and it's all been the same. So, if you want to be treated with disdain and waste your time, go ahead and use their services. Otherwise, 0/10, do not recommend. At all. **Shout out to the initial intake/triage person who's name begins with A. She was great and made me laugh when I was anxious.

DONT GO HERE THEYLL MESS YOU UP AND GIVE YOU THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. BEWARE

Recently picked up new glasses, and after a couple of days, realized that the fit of the frames and angle of the lenses just wasn't quite right. Thought I might be being too picky, but the optometrist agreed. In a matter of minutes she had everything fitted and adjusted to perfection. I am always futzing with my glasses, but I haven't felt the need to touch them since she fixed me up. I am ashamed to say I did not get her name. Have been going to this office for at least 20 years, and this is one more example of the great people and service. I am grateful for their care. Thank you!

Dr Jennifer Juang is very thorough in doing my eyes examination and eye glass prescriptions. Very knowledgeable and very professional in dealing with patients. I’m looking forward to seeing her again.
