Amazing customer service. Big shout out my tech, Rachel! She was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and effectively walked me through every step of my telemedicine visit.

If I could give zero for today’s experience, I would. My appointment was at 8:50 pm. I waited for 40 minutes to move from the waiting area to the waiting room, and then another 40 minutes to see the doctor. So dissatisfied that I felt rushed, even though today, my eye pressure was very high (highest out of the 5-6 times since I have been here). When I asked follow-up questions for a potential treatment, the doctor just moved closer and closer to the door while speaking, rushing out. It was so disappointing that I just couldn’t stop but want to cry. I saw the computer screen, every time slots (almost every ten minutes), there were 1-2 people. And everyone seems to wait about 40 minutes to an hour. If they couldn’t take that many patients, they shouldn’t. I could have driven to the south town location back and forth many time if I need to wait this long. I have been very patient and fine with waiting (this was not the first time) because I really liked the doctor. However, I am super disappointed today, that the doctor was in such a huge rush. I didn’t even talk to him for 5 minutes even though the test results were NOT okay for me. I really hope this won’t happen again.

I wanted frames like Snapchat and Lisa helped me find them - she’s the best! I walked into Viewpoint Vision looking for very large, maybe colorful frames - Lisa heard me, had the selection to show me, and worked with me until we hit on a fabulous frame. I ended up with large, gold wire Gucci frames. Who knew?!! Lisa did.

Nice employees and great customer service! Ian, the manager, assisted me with a concern I had, when I came in the next day, regarding my billing and took care of the situation immediately, which I was very happy about.🙂 And Sundra, is a very patient person, with a great personality, who helped me with my new prescription glasses. I would keep them both around for sure!😁

Got there a half and hour before my appointment time. And stood for 2 and a half hours. That's terrible service. The doctor said he was the only doctor available but the staff had the whole place packed. I went there for my son to get a exam. I will never go this facility again. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Very thorough and answered all my questions. He understood my concern after my first bout with optic neuritis from MS. The office team also helped me get everything straight with my insurance and made sure it was fixed before I left. Very dedicated!

We saw Dr Brian Chen for consultation for pain right eye, glaucoma and high pressure on the right eye. Dr Chen was highly recommended by Dr Gideon Lowe who have seen my husband sunday am and we were seen the next day by Dr Chen in between his busy schedule. We are very thankful we found Dr Chen who is the kindest,calm,smart and caring doctor.In this time it is hard to find a doctor who are very concerned with their patients needs..Dr. Chen right away schedule my husband for the procedure. Dr. Chen surgery coordinator Yvette very organized ,she is very helpful,caring and nice. I highly recommend Dr chen.Dr Chen spent time and explained to us what is happening in our case. Majority of the doctors now in and out in the patient room and do not explain what is going on their patients condition. We see Dr Chen likes to help his patient and he make sure the patient is well taking care off. We highly recommend dr brian chen to all our friends and relatives.

I have been going to Pine Vision Care since they first opened and I have absolute trust in their care. Dr Julia is the most thorough and caring Optometrist I have ever known. Her staff is also very friendly and kind and they make sure you receive the most excellent service from the moment you walk in. They also have an amazing selection of glasses and I would not think of going anywhere else. Highly Recommend!
